We ride in the countryside, low traffic roads and bike's lane, to relax and "taste" our nature!
Before lunch we back in the city and we go to taste our cured meat and local wine in a special delicatessen or an "osteria".
In the afternoon the production process does not take place

5.00Davide was fantastic! We had a lovely bike ride to a country cheese factory where Davide impressed us with all his cheese making knowledge. The tour was so interesting and the cheese tasting delicious. After, we road back to Parma for a tour of the city and lunch on Davide at a local restaurant. We so enjoyed Davide’s company and that of our fellow bikers. Definitely an adventure we would do again!

5.00We did the 20 km ride in October; we are not cyclist so we were a little nervous. It was a nice ride and we felt safe. Davide was a great host. Very knowledgeable. He speaks English very well. Fascinating to learn and observe the process of how parmigiano is made. Also, enjoyed the prosciutto tasting part as well. Would highly recommend this.
