What To Expect

スリランカの村の生活の豊かな味と伝統を体験できる体験型料理教室です。「ベリマル・ウィズ・ハクル」（天然パームシュガーの乾燥ベリマル・フラワーティー）のような爽やかなハーブドリンクでお迎えし、スリランカで最も愛されているスパイスや食材の紹介を。代々受け継がれてきた製法で、スリランカの伝統料理を一緒に作ります。土鍋やココナッツスプーン、さらには薪ストーブを使って調理し、本格的な村風を体験します。料理を学ぶことができるアイテムには、次のようなものがあります。ぱりっぷ (赤レンズ豆カレー) ポルサンボル (ココナッツサラダ) ジャックフルーツまたはマンゴーカレーポル・ロティ (ココナッツフラットブレッド) ハラパ（甘いジャガーとくらっかんの葉っぱのおつまみ）ブリンハルもじゅ（茄子の辛い甘辛漬け）伝統のお供の蒸し飯料理をしながら、ウコン、モリンガ、シナモンなど地元食材の健康効果も学びます。調理が済んだら、腰を据えて準備した食事を十分に楽しみましょう。体験はインタラクティブで楽しく、本格的なスリランカの生活や料理に興味がある人に最適です。

the experience we made at tasty tasks was great! we had a nice cooking class where we were well instructed. it was a really big variety of food that we cooked. One of the highlights was preparing the coconut for the meal. :)

Had so much fun at this cooking class! We learn’t so much and ate lots of yummy fresh food. The chefs were incredibly kind and talented and we had the best time.

It was a super experience to cook together at these people's homes. A very sweet mother together with her sweet daughter accompanied us during cooking. It was very tasty and a very special experience.

We asked in advance to try as many different dishes as possible. So we had a wide experience of the local cuisine. This was well paid for. From main courses to dessert. They showed it first and then we could get started. During the whole process we were helped by the woman and her daughter. This was really a very nice experience and we can definitely recommend.

Incredible cooking class with the kindest hosts. We cooked around 10 dishes- all amazing!! We stayed at Shan Mango up the road and was super convenient
