5.00Perfect tour, we visited by cruise ship. Sticky, our driver, was waiting next to the port gate with his bus exactly as per the instructions we got beforehand. He explained a lot of details around the part of the country we were driving through on our way to Hell’s Gate. The mud bath experience itself was great, would love to do it again. The tour took exactly 5 hours, 1 hour driving time each way and 3 full hours in the mud spa. Must to excursion when visiting Tauranga port!

5.00We had a great day out to visit hells gate! Paul our driver was awesome! Very informative while driving us there!! Even took us on a bonus trip to the town after wards for more sightseeing which wasn’t included but was awesome he still took us out for this!! Thanks again!! This was a great day out!! :)

5.00Everything was just perfect. Sticky the driver was reallly great, gave us a lot of information on the way to and from Hell’s Gate. The mud bath was a really cool experience, would love to do it again. The pick up was just next to our cruise ship…from the Port entrance we had to walk 10meters to the bus, very comfortable. The arrival time of our Cruise shop changed so they adjusted also the start of the tour. Originally it was 12:30 and they moved it to 10:30. Communication via Mail was also really good!

5.00Great to visit Hells Gate, enjoyed our trip. Our driver Grant was a nice guy but he was difficult to locate outside of port gates. He was the only tour guide with no badge or name board, how we found him was sheer luck! There was no wi fi on the van and it was a bit dated.
Got to walk through the nature park and see where the mud baths were amazing. Have not been to one before so it was nic
