5.00I scheduled a hotel to ship transfer and realized ~24 hours before that I had scheduled a transfer to the cruise port of Amsterdam rather than the cruise port in Rotterdam. I contacted Viator and the vendor and they changed my booking to Rotterdam. The driver showed up early and was very nice. I would certainly use this service again.
