5.00Fantastic! He was at arrived with a sign there. Something went wrong with the booking and the driver came with a sedan instead of a van. He said that the booking came that way but we shouldn’t worry he would organize another car for the luggage. We managed to put 2 luggage’s into 1 and no second car was required. Very nice guy who also told us about the story of Georgia/Tbilisi. He said he is the owner of the company. It was our second time to the country and the arrival couldn’t have been more pleasant!
Serice provider is excellent and was available all the time on whatsapp giving me comfort and assurance.

5.00There was some issue at the airport arrival - while the driver was waiting for me with a name board, someone went with the driver (either pretending to be me or just having a very similar name). But the company arranged for another car in literally minutes and I had no problem at all reaching my hotel in a very safe and good car. Thank you for sorting the issue out.

2.00I would not book this again. They advertise a driver at the airport waiting for you with a sign. We arrived on time and after getting our bags we came out and the driver was not there. We waited around a while and after being harassed by all the other aggressive taxi drivers, I contacted the POC I had via WhatsApp. I was then told to go outside to the curb and look for the driver’s car and that he would arrive in a few minutes. I saw the car and waved him down and he pulled over and picked me up. It was just a Bolt car (Georgian uber/taxi)He flew through the city at 115kph (speed limit 80kph), chasing behind an ambulance. Ride was not comfortable, flooring it then slamming on the brakes… I might as well have taken a taxi for half the cost.
