5.00I didn’t actually get to experience the hot air balloon excursion due to heavy winds, but the customer service around being updated about the conditions, possible cancellations, as well as rescheduling was top-tier. I look forward to trying to reschedule with this company in the future.

5.00Joe and his team were outstanding. Joe did great job of piloting and sharing insights into hot air ballooning. He also pointed out landmarks that we could see. He also had cupcakes and Champagne or Mimosas for us after we landed. It was one of the best things I have ever done and highly recommend Cielo Balloons in Temecula Valley.

1.00After traveling from out of town; calling the night before to make sure the reservations were intact; waking up early, showing up on time; and taking a shuttle to the launch site; the staff was testing weather conditions for over an hour; only to tell us that it was too windy and that the flight was being cancelled.
