Driver was on time, comfy van, and very pleasant. Looked after us perfectly. Drove carefully as well. Overall a very good day and experience for having a look around KL. Liked it very much. Fully recommended.

Well organized trip with pick up from hotel. Very informative guide, especially for those unfamiliar with the history of Malaysia. Trip did not include Petronas Towers, definitely worth a separate visit. Would have preferred to stop for a lunch break then continue in the afternoon or should be a half day tour.

We booked this trip last minute and surprisingly we had a private tour with Kugan who was so plesant and professional, he brought us to each destination and explained the history in detail.

This was a lovely trip - so interesting and our guide and drive were excellent - sharing so much information. I didn't think we'd climb all those steps - but we did! The Batek Gallery was amazing to see - what craftsmanship. The only downside was not being dropped off at our hotel but left in town. Other than that I'd thoroughly recommend.

It was a great experience. Sandy is very knowledgeable, fun and kind tour guide. We learn a lot about Malaysian history and the types of food Penang had. She made the time went by so fast; and we were so full at the end of the tour. Great foods and our tour group got along great; we couldn’t ask for anything better. Would definitely recommend this tour. What a wonderful way to get to know Penang, its foods, people and culture.
