These guys are so kind, especially with children! I had 3 kids with me and the lady that was in charge was so sweet to my kids. She held my 3 year old while I was taking pictures and watched over my other kids while they were swimming.

Excellent experience! A team available, smiling and who love what they do. A walk of almost 2 hours where we could observe pilot whales, dolphins and turtles... and even a small hammerhead shark. We approached the grotto of love to take some pictures and then the time to go into the water to appreciate the seabed near the cliff of Los Cristianos. I recommend it 100%! Don't miss it.

Just got back from this boat trip. What an amazing time we had. The staff were so friendly, helpful and just lovely to be with. They took time to show us dolphins and whales and then we stopped for a great swim. The trip was brilliant all round. Would highly recommend- well worth the money 😊

Incredible trip! We saw a turtle only a couple minutes after leaving the harbour, the crew checked it was ok as shouldn’t have been so close to the surface. A few minutes later we started to spot dolphins, loads came past us jumping and putting on an incredible show for us. The crew were respectful and stopped the engine when the creatures were near the boat. They told us about the creatures in several different languages. A little further along the coast we found pilot whales again the crew stopped the boat and they swam right us to us. An experience we will never forget. At the end of the trip there was a chance to swim in the sea we did this and had a little incident where one daughter choked on water and the other then panicked as she was worried about her sister. Completely our fault as we bought snorkels for the trip and had only briefly tried them in the pool before. The crew quickly jumped in and assisted our daughter back to the boat and looked after us after. We can’t Thank them enough for their love and care. A massive thank you to Conrad, David and Cynthia. I can’t recommend this trip highly enough. Amazing in every way.

Don't get your tickets from here, poor customer service. Get the location and just buy your tickets from there cheaper. Its fake the free refund policy, phones numbers no working lack of professionalism. Never again

Horrible experience, the captain and crew shows a incredible lack of human decency. From the first encounter we had with a whale the captain placed the boat basically on top of the whales, and as a tourist the guest on board seemed to like that the captain moved so closed, so pictures could be taken. But as a marine life enthusiast it was clear this move was stressing the animals to breaking point. If you have any interest of the well being of our marine life, you won’t participate in this cruel turist trap… This is animal abuse!

It was a lovely trip. Saw dolphins and a pilot whale. Trip was in the afternoon 3pm. The crew helped to spot them and you have to be alert to see them, they are fast. The pilot whale was a joy, hard to see when they are black and the ocean too.
