1.00Unreliable company. We booked a sea tour twice, and both times it was cancelled the day before the trip, supposedly due to bad weather conditions. However, there were no waves at all and no wind, and other companies were going out to ocean without any problems. It felt like a poor excuse and caused us a lot of inconvenience. I would not recommend booking with them if you want a reliable experience.

1.00Booked the tour. They emailed 30 minutes before the trip to cancel. Not a problem but we didn’t check our email cause we were already on the bus. When we arrived the woman working was so rude and condescending. Said “go check your email” I saw the cancelation and she said “see that’s all you had to do” so rude dint apologize or anything

1.0024 hours before we were sent an email cancelling the trip because 'of rough seas'. We found another operator who pointed out that the boat we were due to go out in was in dry dock. We were disappointed that this company lied to us.

5.00Great trip. The ship was efficient & the staff very pleasant. Out of the 2 hour trip, we sailed around looking for dolphins 🐬. But thankfully saw a podcast podcast of 6-8. Lovely to see. Would recommend.

5.00Our experience with Traveling Lady was truly special. The boat itself was a eco friendly boat in great condition, and the overall setup felt safe, relaxed, and well organised. During the trip, we were fortunate to spot both pilot whales and dolphins, which was an incredible sight and made the experience feel genuinely magical. One of the most memorable moments was seeing our son Kabeer take a supervised dive into the ocean at a safe and well-chosen spot. It was thrilling for him and reassuring for us as parents. Everything about the trip - from the fees, crowd management, wildlife sightings to the professionalism of the crew - was done right. An experience we’d happily recommend to families and anyone visiting Tenerife looking for something truly memorable.

5.00Family trip, very entertaining. The crew, very nice, are explaining the things you see. We were very lucky and saw tropical calderones, spotted dolphins (in passing) and bottlenose dolphins. We will definitely repeat!!

1.00The departure was cancelled due to bad weather, but the company warned late by email and was not answering the phone or anyone was in the premises. Unserious. I recommend not contracting with them and looking for other companies
