1.00The worst experience ever. I never get to comment if there is no bad service. But this time it was very disrespectful. We were at the right stop 17' before and there was no one to help us. Of course our first time in the island we didn't know who to ask there to help us. Then a lady there, told us to follow a blue line and we arrived at the back side of the port. We suddenly where in the middle of nowhere. All this time I was texting the support, that they theroticaly have, asking for help for someone to tell us where is the exact ship, and I never got any respond. Not even after. We kept asking random people, because of course the company ecoyacht never respond. Finally a random person there, told us we should go back to the point we first were. Then we made it behind some bars, in front of the ship and we asked " is the ecoyacht here?" And some people just nod showing a gesture with their hands to do the circle. Once we made the circle (in one minute) running all this time, a person behind the bars just told us the ship has just left. This was so humiliating. It's like they were fooling us. Obviously we never got a refund. They are a scam. Of course the next day we found some other company to go for whale watching and they were very helpful with all the process. Never choose ecoyacht if you are not a native!
