Together with my Italian contact person, Serena, we built a 14-day tour of Thailand based on my interests and those of my 22 and 24 year old children. We chose to spend three nights in Bangkok, participating in the canal trip (what a recommendation!) to visit the temples but also reserving free time. We visited the floating market, on the railway, chose to visit kanchanaburi with Erawan waterfalls (beautiful!) and the Kwai River with the death railway. We flew to Chiang Rai, from there we reached Chiang Mai crossing the "golden triangle", saw monkeys, elephants, we descended the river on a bamboo raft, attended a dinner with typical kantoke dances. Finally, we flew to Phuket, to close the tour with a few days of rest and a spectacular sea in the eyes. We are very satisfied with the assistance received from Serena, always present and available, the program always respected, the people meet always available. All services were already paid for, nothing was to be added (except of course tips!). We recommend InnViaggi and especially praise Serena for accompanying us in this beautiful experience!

Very disappointing experience since booking. Christian was always unresponsive, and I should have immediately recognized the unprofessionalism from the answers. Nevertheless I relied on this agency for our three-day trip to Thailand, with excursions every day. The guide was not aware of the agreed tour and the places to visit so several times I had to show emails in which what was agreed was discussed. The answer of the guide has always been: “I am not aware of this!” And from there time wasted looking for emails as proof of what was agreed. The Wat Arun was closed and unvisitable and we were informed only the same day by the guide (and not by the agency!). When I contacted the agency, he replied after two days saying that they themselves were not aware of it: indicative of unprofessionalism. The agency also charged us extra for a private tour to Lopburi, a city completely besieged by monkeys and not open to visitors. The guide himself advised us against this tour - too late though, by now it was all paid! We asked if we could take a drive, but the driver was happy to end the day very early (practically at 2.30 instead of 6). When I asked if it was possible to replace Lopburi with something else, he answered negatively and only slowed down driving in the car so that he could get back with the times. He must have been driving at such a low speed that he wasn't even allowed on the road. Our guide then did not explain much, very poor comments and limited knowledge (I do not know if dictated by the language, it was in fact a Thai boy who spoke Italian). Plus, he was often on his cell phone. We paid for an Italian guide because the person who was with me would not fully understand English. But the poor quality of the guide seems to me an excessive compromise considering that the price paid for an excursion with an Italian guide is five times that with an English guide. Contacted several times, Christian never responded to our emails and texts, and never came to meet to repair the various mishaps. A very disappointing journey and very poor assistance. Never again and I highly recommend it to those who want to live a nice experience in Thailand.

Two words to describe this holiday? NIGHTMARE. Let's be clear, Thailand has breathtaking landscapes but when I rely on an agency I demand that everything written in the estimate is carried out. We took a boat excursion which according to the estimate was PRIVATE for 50 people on a boat that could accommodate a maximum of 20. What's more, without stopping at the scheduled stages. And this is just one of the events that happened on our journey. The most disconcerting situation was that of never having received a response from our organizers after days of calls and messages, but only an appearance from one of them writing to us the exact words "for complaints write to the management". I demand that a such a trip, paid for even too much, goes smoothly and without problems. I cannot pretend that organizers are not competent in their work. A real disappointment never again.
