  • Great way to see a lot of the BVI in one day

This is a great way to do a lot of the BVI in one day. A nice boat ride to The Baths at Virgin Gorda. The hike through The Baths is super cool and a must see. Then lunch at the Cooper Island Beach Club which is probably the best lunch option while on one of these day trips. Then to a beautiful snorkel spot at Norman Island where we saw so many cool fish. There were only 8 on our trip which made it even better. TYLER and KEVIN we excellent and made the day a fun adventure. This is a good trip to add to another Stormy Pirates day to Jost Van Dyke

Our crew, Captain Cornelius and First-mate Robyn were outstanding. Fun, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The personal touch of this charter was amazing, from chatting with us to options and evenly the friendly connections at our destinations. No better way to explore new places than with this dynamic duo!

  • A very enjoyable BVI day on an Axopar speedboat.

We recently chartered a private Axopar speedboat tour of the British Virgin Islands with Stormy Pirates. The boat was very comfortable for the five of us. We were promptly picked up at 7:30 from the St. John National Park dock. We boarded, and our captain, Carlie, instructed us on the boat, safety, and water conditions, and then we planned our day. We first traveled to Virgin Gorda. The trip there was fast and not too bumpy. Carlie took us to the taxi stand, and while she processed our passports through customs, we took a tour of the Baths. It was very beautiful and enjoyable. There are a couple of ladders to climb, a pathway that you have to crouch to cross, and some wading in ocean pools involved. We had a drink while waiting for the taxi to return us back to the dock. We then sped to Norman Island, where we had a nice lunch at Pirate's Bight. Afterwards, we snorkeled at the Indians off Norman Island, where there are beautiful rock formations, and a lot of different fish species. During our leisurely trip back to St. John, Carlie shared interesting stories about the islands and island life. We were extremely impressed with her friendliness and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Stormy Pirates for a great island excursion experience!

  • Long ride to Virgin Gorda.

Nice trip to the BVIs with Stormy Pirates. The trip to Virgin Gorda is fairly long and we experienced some rough weather. Not all of the boat is covered so some of us got wet and cold. The hike through the caves and baths on Virgin Gorda was nice but not much time to linger as many people were waiting behind our group. Lunch on Cooper island was fine, but a relatively quick stop. Same at the snorkeling at Norman Island. The refreshments were plentiful. Captain Tyler and 1st Mate Maeve were excellent hosts and did the best they could to make things enjoyable. Pretrip communication was excellent. All in all a good trip but a lot of it is a long boat ride. The immigration fee of 85$/person and the cost of lunch (35-40$/person) ands to an already expensive trip.

Highly recommend both this company and this trip. Our guides brandon, nick and Jackson were top notch. Very informative and answered everyone's questions with knowledge. our tour through the baths with Nick was amazing and he helped us avoid falling hazards and had such good info on the vegetation and environment. Easy to book, easy to get in touch with. Great snacks, great conversations. A must do!

  • Another Wonderful Day with Stormy Pirates!

We took a Stormy Pirates Charter for a great visit to the Baths, Coopers Island and the Indians. We have been using these charters for over 15 years and they never disappoint. Captain Cornelius kept us safe and First Mate Maeve (soon to be Captain Maeve) kept us fed and hydrated, and was a wealth of information during the tour. As a long time customer, I highly recommend Stormy Pirates Charters!

  • Great day trip to the Baths!

We were so blessed that Stormy Pirates was very accommodating with our group when we showed up a week early (my mistake with booking the wrong day) and fit us in later in the week. Briana was so helpful figuring that out and then suggesting what we should do that day. Brandon and Robin came in on their day off to captain our trip and I can't say enough good things about both of them. They are very good at what they do. Robin was so kind and attentive to our needs. And she definitely got us to the Baths and through the hike on time. Make sure you take her up on the suggestion to pre order your lunch before the hike so that there is no wait once you get back to the restaurant. Norman Island snorkel is amazing! Some of the best we have ever done. And again, the suggestion for the adults to use noodles instead of a life jacket made it much easier to float and get around. Great trip that our entire group enjoyed! Thank you all again.

  • Great way to experience the Baths!

Overall Awesome trip! The lunch at Cooper was a letdown and was a waste. Even though we had preordered, it still took way too long, and many mistakes were made by the servers on that island. It used up 100% of the time spent there, no time to even look at anything during the stop. Food there was not good and it was very extensive. Everything else was terrific. Capt Brandon, Jackson and Grant were very good hosts.
