Worst Tour of my Life

1.00Very little of this tour was as described in the listing. The booking said the tour started at 10:00 and the driver told us it didn't start until 10:30. Then when we arrived at the meeting place they crammed 14 people into a van with only 10 seats - 4 people were seated in camp chairs in the back of the van. We almost got off right then and in hindsight should have as that was NOT safe. They added a stop at a frutera which I would guess is because they had a deal with them to bring in business. The rainforest hike was not what we were expecting but that part could have been just a difference in how we read the itinerary. When we arrived at Luquillo Beach at 2:30 we were initially told to be back in one hour although the tour description said we'd be at the beach for sunset. We went to get a meal and saw we were going to be a little late so texted the drivers to let them know. They answered saying we had another hour. We went to the meeting spot at 4:30 and sat there for over an hour with no further communication from either driver. Long story short no one showed up until around 6:30. When they came back they had another person with them so now it was 15 people for 10 seats. All of our bags we had left in the van had been moved around (why?). They claimed they had a flat tire but never bothered to let us all know. Then they claimed a dead cell phone battery but we saw them using the supposedly dead phone. At that point it was even more unsafe to ride in the van so we ordered an Uber to take us back to our car. We would not recommend this tour.

5.00Excellent activity! The pickup was punctual, and the activity was very organized. We were able to enjoy the different stops we made inside the Anvil without haste. Alex was a wonderful guide, any questions were welcomed and resolved wisely, plus he made us a book of souvenir photos of this day. To finish the day, we visited Luquillo and ate Creole food, went to the beach and enjoyed the sunset. I don't think there's any competitor to this activity. It was a full-day activity. If you want to visit the Anvil, this is your activity. Thank you very much Alex for so much generosity, not only in the activity, but also about recommending places to visit in Puerto Rico. You were always attentive.

5.00This tour was amazing! It was a small group, which was nice and we got to take our time on this tour too, which was super nice to not rush. We spent plenty of time in the rainforest, seeing the highlights, and spending some time by Luquillo beach. This was super fun and an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend!

5.00We spent a day in El Yunque and then explored some beaches and restaurants. Sadly, it rained in the forest but we were still able to see so much of the rainforest and it was stunning! Alejandro was the best guide. Super knowledgeable and treated us so well. We were able to see so much and it was so nice not renting a car and letting someone else drive.

5.00Omg! This was insane!!! I’m recommending this trip to everybody for sure! The crew was so kind—they took us to waterfalls, beautiful natural pools, and even to a chinchorro in Luquillo and of course the beach! We had mofongo and the best time ever! Ale, Mackenzie, and Brit are out of this world!
