5.00Upon walking in to Serene Spa, I was delighted by the lovely decor. My friends and I were greeted warmly by Kai and offered monk fruit sweetened tea and coconut crackers, which were delicious. As a large group, we had no trouble scheduling everyone’s preferred treatments, and all the organization was seamless. I had a collagen facial and hair spa with Anna. Anna’s skill combined with the ambiance, music, fragrance and products made for a totally relaxing and indulgent morning. My friends and I will definitely recommend Serene Spa to anyone traveling to Hanoi and hope everyone can add it as the perfect oasis in the city’s fantastic energy.

5.00Emma and Nora were great the deep tissue massage was an amazing experience for 90 minutes with all consistency and skill. Emma did not disappoint. Nora was also awesome and she performed a pedicure and manicure on my wife.

Upon arrival, the reception team was very welcoming and assisted us, especially since we hadn’t chosen a service when we booked the appointment. They recommended a very relaxing 75-minute massage, and the rejuvenating oil was amazing. Both masseurs were excellent—I actually fell asleep during the massage! After the massage, I felt super relaxed and couldn’t wait to sleep 😂 Highly recommend, especially Team 61. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

5.00Had an excellent75 min Thai massage at the Serene Spa in Hanoi. I requested a strong massage due to the tension in my neck and shoulders. My masseuse managed to relieve the tension and I feel a lot lighter in body. Reception were very accommodating upon arrival. Would recommend.
