4.00Katy efficiently navigated us through the historical spots in Santiago and provided the background information about these areas. She also made suggestions for lunch in the area where the tour ended, which was helpful. She was clear and easy to understand. If I were to improve one thing, I would suggest encouraging the participants to introduce themselves to the group at the beginning of the tour, in order to facilitate interaction and discussion while walking between stops.
