  Katy efficiently navigated us through the historical spots in Santiago and provided the background information about these areas. She also made suggestions for lunch in the area where the tour ended, which was helpful. She was clear and easy to understand. If I were to improve one thing, I would suggest encouraging the participants to introduce themselves to the group at the beginning of the tour, in order to facilitate interaction and discussion while walking between stops.

  This is a good overview of Chilean history and culture delivered through a comprehensive tour of the old city of Santiago. Our guide Katy was very knowledgeable and speaks perfect English. One tip is to wear comfortable shoes as some of the old streets are made of cobblestones.

  We enjoyed Katay, our guide very much and got a good feel for the historical area of the city to start our visit to Santiago. It was a little difficult finding her Initially as the plaza is a big area.

  Our Guide Claudio from UrbanTours did a great Job showing us the historic side of Santiago de Chile. He had a interesting and exciting way of presenting random historic fun facs included in the serious chilean history. He also have us the opportunity to try local drinks in case you want to. We enjoyed the 2h tour. Prepare yourself for tipping something at the end of the Tour.

  First of all, Claudio was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. We learned so much about Chile’s history in a manner that was easy to follow. This is a beautiful city, but very large and somewhat confusing. I would highly recommend looking at the tours that Claudio has to offer and signing up – you will not regret it!
