A valid government-issued photo ID (passport or driver’s license) is required at check-in. Passengers without ID will not be permitted to fly and no refund will be issued.
Children aged 2 and over must have their own seat and pay the full fare.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled flight, or 45 minutes if traveling after 4:00 PM due to traffic.
You may fly anytime between your check-in and flight time.
All passengers must complete security screening before entering the building.
Seating is arranged according to weight for safety. Passengers over 275 lbs (124 kg) must purchase an additional seat.
A rebooking fee will apply for changes made within 24 hours of your flight or for missed flights.
Flights may be canceled if minimum requirements are not met; in such cases, you will be offered an alternative flight or a full refund.
No parking is available on site; please plan accordingly.

2.00Well organized process and super friendly staff. However, the helicopter is fully booked (6 people). In our case, there were four of us flying with two other strangers. This would not be a problem in principle, but one person had to sit in the back center without a window. That this space is allocated at such prices is an imposition. The view is completely limited and the experience is not even half as great. At these prices, care should be taken that everyone has a window seat. Unfortunately, this has clouded the experience of our group. The helicopter flight was very exciting, the view itself was okay. You could see better/closer from viewing platforms. You fly up and down the East River so you can see the same thing on both sides. Our group was sitting on the left, so we saw Manhatten on the return flight, but here we flew by quite far from Manhatten. On the positive side: one person from our group was allowed to sit at the front of the pilot, which is of course a special experience. Nevertheless, price/performance was not consistent for us as a whole.

3.00The original cost was 840. Then there was an additional 40 dollars per person fee. Finally, an additional cost for pictures. The flight is not worth 1k.
