Well organized, friendly staff and a great way to get to know New York. There are 6 seats on board: one next to the pilot, behind it a row of 3 (i.e. a seat in the middle without sitting directly at the window) and a row of 2 behind it (without a middle seat). Luckily I sat at the window and saw everything great. In the middle, I think that's already more difficult and I would think it would be fair if the space cost less. What wasn't so nice was that you didn't stick to the booked time and on purpose. My husband and I had deliberately booked so that there was an hour in between (so that one could stay on the ground with the children). But my husband was only allowed to fly two hours after me and in between other people were preferred. Probably a group of 6 arrived spontaneously without reservation and because of course there was no longer a completely free time window for 6 people, the staff then apparently pushed bookings of other people back to offer the group a flight option together. My husband was not asked if he might be willing to fly later (which would have been at least polite). Only excuses have been invented as to why he now has to wait longer, but others are allowed to fly to his time slot. That was already very annoying, as we were traveling with 2 toddlers and they of course have no understanding of being bored there for 3 hours. This has messed up our schedule and I would have preferred to see more of NY instead. Those who do not book beforehand are out of luck and should not be treated preferentially!!!

Was super organized and an unforgettable experience! We were there with 2 toddlers who we did not want to take on the helicopter. There is a small waiting area with toilet and there we could then sit alternately with the kids, eat our sandwiches and especially warm up in winter. The crew was very friendly, especially to the children. It was impressive and beautiful to see the city from a different perspective. You didn’t even notice that you were climbing or flying a curve. I had imagined it to be much shakier and somewhat like a fairground ride. Wasn't like that (almost disappointed me :-D). So you can do it if you're more sensitive. You could tell that the pilot has a lot of experience, as even the landing was very calm and controlled. Time flew by. It is really expensive, but a special experience and therefore worth its money. I would recommend it to anyone who comes to NY. Great!

I have been on helicopter rides and this was by far the worst! we were rushed on the helicopter because we were the last ride it did not tell me it would be with 2 other couples the expierence was very rushed they were rude telling us to run and hurry to take a picture not even a smile on the helicopter the earphones did not work hence why the pilot didn’t get where everyone was from and when we got back they were closed and just said we will airdrop the photos and practically rushed us back out were there all together for 38 mins from steppping in to stepping out! Worst expierence and worst $600 spent in my life! Tell your guys to be pleasant despite the last appointment we deserve the expierence! Ohhh and we ordered it for sunset don’t even see that either….
