The London and Eye and River cruise were definitely worth it. I'd skip the bus tour as it eats up a lot of time due to traffic.

The plan is very rough making it very difficult to find stops. In addition the service stops at 4:30 pm making it impossible to discover the illuminated city. Disappointed

Big Bus Tours was amazing. Hop on Hop Off bus was great. We got to see all the sights we wanted to see! London Eye and Cruise on the Thames was one of the stops. They gave out ear buds as you got on the bus so that you could listen to the high points of each stop! Would highly recommend this tour!

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience on Big bus tours. The journey started off okay, but it quickly went downhill. We weren't provided with headphones or commentary, which wasn't mentioned beforehand. We only noticed the headphones were available when we disembarked. When the heavy rain started, everyone moved downstairs to escape the downpour, making the bus cramped. Despite being already packed, the staff allowed at least 20 more people on board, making it unbearable. It was impossible to see anything, and the atmosphere was uncomfortable. We ended up getting off because it was so bad. To make matters worse, one of the staff members was seen throwing a cigarette butt at a pigeon and thought it was hilarious. The whole experience was horrible, and I wouldn't recommend this bus company to anyone. *Suggestions for improvement:* - Provide headphones or commentary as advertised - Manage capacity better, especially in poor weather - Ensure staff are respectful and professional Hopefully, this review will help the company improve their services.

The buses were a little cramped because of the rain but they were prompt clean and informative. The route offered plenty of good stops.

There was a protest going that closed almost all stops and experiences. We were informed of this and asked for a refund since we couldn’t access any of the experiences: the Big Bus Hop on Hop Off, Thames River Cruise, and the London Eye. So far, no word on whether we will be refunded on an experience that was out of our control. As of this time, no word has been received. We are bitterly disappointed.

The drivers were kind and friendly. Finding the actual bus stops was challenging at first to navigate

Too much waiting around between buses, and buses idling for drivers swapping or finishing (at one point 2 consecutive stops). End of day seemed to occur early, at 4.30 I couldnt get back to my starting point.

The Hop on Bus was hard to negotiate. Different routes that never seemed to take me back to the place I started. The drivers were not very helpful, I ended up having to pay for an Uber to take me the rest of the way back to my hotel in the west end.
