1.00*** WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING VIATOR *** We would NOT recommend using VIATOR. We had terrible experience when they changed our travel dates without our permission. We were left stranded in London City for the day with no Excursions we were a party of 4 adults and 1 child. When we contacted them about their error, they were of no help and did nothing for us and advised we try to rebook at another cost of £500+. Just as well we didn't rebook as I just received email advising that they will not be offering any refund for losing 1st day of our travel etc. If we had paid another £500+ we would have lost that too. We will NOT be using this service again and would advise future travellers to be extra careful and check their trip dates haven't been changed without your permission. We will be pursuing this and taking it further.
