I wish we had known that the last bus from Butchart Gardens was at 5:00. We didn't get there until almost 4:00 after our ship arrived in Victoria late. Your web site doesn't show return times.

We did a bus tour of Victoria. Went around China Town , Fisherman’s wharf, downtown and other areas of interest around Victoria . Our driver was super informative telling us facts and tales of Victoria’s history. All this was followed by a two hour visit to the Epic Butchart Gardens. Great excursion

The bus shuttle is a very efficient and easy method for getting to the Gardens. Very pleasant and friendly driver, convenient pickup and dropoff—would recommend.

Our ship docked a little later than anticipated. I tried to contact the tour operator 2x to let them know we’d be a few minutes late. I did not get a response and when we arrived 5 minutes late - they left without us. We had to take a taxi that cost us $75. We were able to take the bus home from Butchart Gardens and the bus driver was very nice and informative.

The bus took off and did not wait for many people from the cruise ship. The cruise ship had an issue with the gangway and we arrived. Five minutes late and the bus took off leaving many many people stranded having to wait for an hour for the next bus.. the last bus leaves at 5 PM so we had to take a Uber, which cost $70. The bus driver could’ve waited five more minutes as we call ahead to let them know that the cruise ship was having issues disembarking.. they know exactly how many people were supposed to be on that bus cause they paid for tickets and the bus driver did not wait he took off.
