Enjoy this small group electric bike tour of Auckland, New Zealand's largest city. From the comfort of your saddle, you will see the iconic sights of Auckland city, as well as visiting some of the locals' favorite neighborhoods. This tour also includes the bike rental, a local guide, and has a maximum of 6 travelers per tour.

For your enjoyment and safety, groups are small and personal, so a maximum of 6 riders per group, plus friendly guide
Minimum age 14 years old (teenagers of 14-15 years old must be accompanied by an adult).
Minimum rider height is 5 foot (152cm).
Adult pricing applies to all travelers.
Whilst experience riding an electric bike is not necessary (we'll provide an orientation and we'll do a test ride to make sure you're comfortable before we head off), you must of course be able to ride a bike! If you haven't ridden in a while, for your enjoyment/safety and that of your fellow riders, we strongly recommend you have a practice riding at home before your visit to Auckland. As well as riding on our wonderful cycleways, we will of course be riding in the road at times (to get to the good places!). Riding in traffic is a dynamic environment, so you will need to be comfortable riding in the road in order to enjoy the tour. And Auckland's volcanic past means that there a quite few hills to go up and down - the eBikes make going up easy, but you'll obviously need to be able to ride downhill! Closed toe shoes are required. Sports gear not necessary, casual clothes are fine but dress to the conditions please.
Free storage available for small bags at the city centre departure point.
The tours run rain or shine, you will be provided free use of a bright and comfortable rain jacket, if you need one.
Our electric bikes are designed with a maximum weight capacity of 250 pounds (113 kg).
We recommend you bring sunscreen - the sun in NZ can be very harsh.
You may also wish to bring a bottle of water with you for the ride. You can store that in the bag on your bike. The is also a water fountain near our departure point - if you need to fill up your water bottle.
Whilst we welcome solo riders, this experience requires a minimum number of riders booked in order for it to go ahead (2). If it’s cancelled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll either be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

5.00This electric bike tour exceeded my expectations! Our guide, Eddie was professional, knowledgeable and fun! The ride went all over the city and moved at a very nice pace. The sites were breathtaking and the bikes were wonderful. All the equipment they provided was first class and clean. A terrific experience, can’t say enough wonderful things about this tour.

Bikes were in fantastic condition and Eddie our guide and owner of the business was an excellent guide with a great sense of knowledge and a fantastic sense of humour, would highly recommend.

4.00Eddie was excellent. He was friendly and informative and very easy to understand. We appreciated the fact that he didn't cancel even though we were the only 2 that signed up (it's the start of the off season). My bike seat kept dropping down and after multiple attempts to fix, he quickly biked back to shop and brought a new bike which made a huge difference.

5.00We had an amazing e-bike ride with Eddie. A great way to see more of Auckland - marinas, parks, and high volcanic view point giving views in all directions. Trip is good for all levels and Eddie gives EXCELLENT directions through headphones so you always know what is coming making for a safe, enjoyable ride. Eddie is funny and spending time with him was a pleasure!! Highly recommend this trip and you get free photos from Eddie at the end to top it off. Thank you, Eddie.

5.00Fantastic tour that did exactly what we wanted…got us out of the tourist port area and into the city to see areas we never would have. Our guide Ruben was excellent. The ability to have the audio so you could hear everything he said was awesome…and also much safer given all of us were Americans driving on the wrong side of the road :) Highly recommend!
