3.00Sadly, I felt our tour guide was not feeling in the best of health, which was unfortunate. Also, I anticipated hearing about mayhem, murders and poisonings that occurred in the Victorian era — not contemporary. Maybe I misread the tour description.

3.00I was disappointed, the tour guide seemed distracted and confused, he would start to tell a story, then say that he had forgotten a piece of the story, making it disjointed. I found that he chatted into his chest making it difficult to understand.

5.00This tour was SO GOOD! I've been living in Dublin for years and have been on loads of tours. This was by far the best and most unique. Joe, our guide, had obviously researched the hell out of the content and had a personal interest in the more esoteric side of Irish history and culture. So instead of getting the same, surface level stories you get on other tours (which are a great starting point) you see a deeper side of Dublin. My friends and I will definitely be going on more Alternative Dublin tours!
