Katina is an excellent instructor who adapts the instruction to the type of group (or individuals). The tour is diverse, gives an authentic experience of locals and goes out with a protest belly to zero. Highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you love discovering a city through its food and stories, the F Factor Tour with Katina from Flamboyant Tours in Adelaide is an absolute must. Katina is a true local, and what makes this tour so special is how personal it feels. She shares passionate stories about growing up in Adelaide, weaving her childhood memories into every stop. Her mum worked in a café in the arcade and her grandparents had a fruit and vegetable stand at the market, so the history she shares isn’t just something she learned, it’s something she lived. We explored beautiful spots like the historic Adelaide Arcade with delicious tastings at Haigh's Chocolates and Ditters, then continued through City Cross Arcade to visit local favourites like Balfour's Cafe and Charlesworth Nuts. The tour finished at the vibrant Adelaide Central Market, where we tasted incredible treats from Con's Fine Food and Skala Bakery. Every stop had a story — many about family-run businesses that have been beloved Adelaide institutions for over 100 years. Expect lots of sweets, delicious bites, and fascinating local legends along the way. Katina’s warmth, knowledge, and deep personal connection to the city make this tour unforgettable. It’s not just a food tour, it’s a heartfelt journey through Adelaide’s history, culture, and local flavours. Highly recommended! 🍫🥐🥜🍰

Katina was incredible. I highly recommend this tour, especially if you like sweet stuff... She is a true local making us discovering Adelaide through her childhood memories with such passion and pride for the local businesses and pioneers that have marked the past and still continue to be legends in the food history landscape of Adelaide. Flamboyants Tours has tons of different tours too and I will definitely try to do another one with Katina and her team.

The guide was lovely, engaging and knowledgeable. I had to translate everything to my mum who was with me and the guide was understanding and patient and made sure I had time to do so. She made us feel very welcomed. The food and samples we tried were really nice. The commentary on the local food industry and history was interesting and compelling. It was a great tour that I would definitely recommend if you enjoy discovering local food venues

Andrea was an excellent guide, she was knowledgeable and very personable. We visited foodie shops we would not have otherwise visited and learnt about some of South Australia's history and food history. The pace suited us, especially considering the hot weather at the time, and there was plenty of time at each stop. We had a great time.

Fabulous food tour. Did a tour with Ollie - great guy, fantastic sense of humour and huge knowledge. Was so interesting to hear of the local produce, try amazing array of food and contextual stories. Later that day we went to Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds concert, had a gourmet hamper box, and was able to identify some of the products from the food tour. Made it so fun. Highly recommended. A+
