What To Expect
If you’re ready to learn, the waves of Canggu Beach are a great place to get your feet wet. The lesson will be given by Curly. a local surf professional with over 20 years of surf experience and over 10 years of coaching experience. Our passion is surfing, and my office is the beach. Begin by practicing the basics on the beach before hitting the water for your surf lesson! I will guide you through the waves and teach you all the necessary skills. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced surfer and you want to catch better/bigger waves – I got you covered! The sun in Bali can be really strong. To protect your skin, I can give you a stylish surfshirt and some sun cream for your face. I am excited about teaching and dedicated to you to provide the best surf experience ever! Everyday the waves and the tide are different. The day before I check out the forecast, and after that I decide, what time is the best time for you to surf and we will together agree on a convenient time. You will have a lot of fun. 5.00We had our first surfing lesson from Curly. He first gave a very clear explanation and gave us confidence to enter the water. Someone else went into the water, so we got 1 on 1 surfing lessons. We were both able to catch several waves and stand. Definitely recommended to book with Curly!

5.00Magnificent experience! Curly is the perfect teacher to start surfing. Very funny and very patient, he chooses the right wave for you, gives you lots of advice, and helps you paddle when you're tired but want to continue catching waves. Going surfing early in the morning with Curly was the best way to experience surfing. Can't wait to come back.
