Audio content itself was good but app was not great at adapting to me not sticking to precise route (where even being on wrong side of street meant missed updates). I’d have rather just had a written guidebook-style description of the buildings.

As others said, accessing the app is quite confusing. I recommend you follow the emails/texts carefully. Also, my husband and I are retired so that may explain the confusion! Also, be sure to heed the warning to not pay twice for the audio tour. All that said, we loved this tour. The design is quite clever as a GPS is connected to the narrative so you don’t have to pause between buildings. The tour guide is wonderful: pleasant, instructive and entertaining. We loved all the stops and fell in love with Milwaukee.

We loved this audio tour...the convenience of ordering/paying online, the tour choices offered for Milwaukee, the gps connection so the tour was in sync with our progress, the quality of the tour guide and the reasonable cost. It would have been even better as a loop rather than a linear route. This was our first...but it absolutely won't be our last!

Inaccessible audio tour waste of money

Paid for & downloaded app and tour at the hotel. Our hotel was at the halfway point between the start and end of the tour, but we were instructed online that cwe had to walk to the start point in order for the tour to start. Once we got there, we were unable to access the tour because it kept trying to download something (which I had theoretically downloaded at the hotel). Complete waste of money!
