5.00Dark Ally was the BEST tour guide! The tour was informative and so much fun! We had a great time ghost hunting and hearing true crime stories! I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone!

1.00Many of the tour guides comments were snarky, rude and not funny. She also injected personal racial opinions. I was on a tour for fun NOT to listen to her options about society and where we are with racial issues!She was especially dismissive of kids and ignored two kids that raised their hands to ask a question. She never even aknowledged their raised hands and they were directly in front of her! I sat in the front of the bus so I could hear but lost my seat when we reloaded after the 1st stop. Tried to sit closer after the next stop but lost my seat again! I couldn’t hear or see anything for 90% of the tour. In addition the amount of walking and disembarking from the bus is completely misrepresented in your tour description. It really was the absolute worst tour I’ve been on.
