First, we have to tell it like it is: Cai Rang floating market is close to a tourist trap. But, it does tell something about the people, the boats, ... and the noodle 'factory' was quite cool tbh! Food was also nice. Our guide was a you g girls, her English was to say it polite 'not perfect', but she did her best and she was sweet. I wouldn't do this again. The market on shore is much more interesting!

Nice tour with the nice guide Daisy. She tells a lot about history and tradians, trying to make it both informative and relaxing

If you visit Can Tho, make sure you include this. A fascinating journey into how the natives earn a living...and the simple means they use to earn it. Tip 1...opt for a small tour. You will see boats that can accommodate up to 25 people, while other boats can only handle between 2 and 5. Small boats can go through the canals, which are fascinating. Our tour included a stop for noodle soup at 6:30 a.m, where we pulled up to a boat and were served the soup by a woman who cooked it in front of us. Then after the canals, we stopped to learn, hands on, how rice noodles were made. Then came a stop at a boat where pineapple was cut for us, and served with chili salt. My guide Phoenix was amazing and provided plenty of information, while making sure we all felt safe. Note...you do wear life jackets on this tour. Wear shoes that can get wet. Also make sure your phone is fulluy charged becuase the picture opportunities are incredible.

Amazing tour with Chris and his driver, he was so knowledgeable and answered all of our questions regarding everything he showed us on the tour and lots of things about Vietnam itself. We had some great food and drinks on the tour and saw a little of how people on the river live five stars would recommend
