1.00Poor communication. Waited at Port Authority because of discrepancy with pick up point. I contacted them numerous times where I would be. Their phone message number was full. They marked me as a no-show .

We learnt so much about Auckland from Chris on the drive to Hobbiton from Auckland, he was so interesting and engaging. And our tour guide Josh at Hobbiton was the best - he made our day more amazing with his commentary and humour - highly recommend this tour.

5.00This was a must do! As a LOTRs fan, this checked every box and honestly felt surreal. I just wish there were less people in all the photos of I took but short of a private tour, this wouldn't be possible. We had a great time and this became the highlight of our time in NZ. Well worth it!
