I really like the tour, hobbiton was the one of the things I had to go in NZ, Warren was fun and make the experience even more enjoyable. Even though it was a little rainy, everything was perfect.

It's my first time in Auckland and the hotel that we're staying in recommended Auckland & Beyond Tours. The whole tour was amazing. Pick up was exactly on time. Our tour guide/ driver, Adil was very accommodating and knowledgable. He shared a lot of interesting facts & history about New Zealand. The whole trip was comfortable. An unmissable excursion. It's a long day with a two hour drive each way and 2 to 3 hours at the venue. This is transport only with Simon our very talkative guide give lots of history of NZ, Auckland and the Hobbit etc both directs. Left very early to beat traffic so be ready for that if the tour doesn't pick up at your hotel it can be 20 min to pick up point. At the venue they have small group buses about 30 people and a guide from the place. So its well done a professional. There are now two complete house that are fantastic to visit and renovations going on in preparation for another movies. The kids on the tour of the area were so excited and had a great time as did we.

Dave was our driver from Auckland to Hobbiton and we had a great day trip! He guided us through the entire process and made sure we had water and snacks for the long drive back. Would recommend to anyone visiting Auckland!

We went on the Hobbiton Movie Set Small Group Guided Tour from Auckland, and it was a fantastic experience! We especially appreciated the small group size, the comfortable vehicle, and how well everything was organized. The service was excellent from start to finish. Special thanks to Adil and Chris, who took great care of us — they were professional, friendly, and shared lots of fascinating facts along the way. Highly recommended!

I had a great time visiting Hobbiton. Andy was very considerate and gave us alot of Information about the region, we got free WiFi , snacks, water and alot of legroom and I can recommend booking this trip here.

The tour was well arranged and punctual. People over there were super nice. My only problem was that a bit over price for 8-9 hours, I paid 124 € for transportation plus 80 € for entrance.

It was amazing to see it live. They build a small village for LORT and Hobbit with amazing attention to details. Improvement proposal for Viator: make sure to send pickup driver contact number & car details one day prior to travel (not just address and time).
