My wife and I had an extremely enjoyable experience. Our guide around the Gardens, Paul, was very friendly snd knowledgeable, and his sense of humour added greatly to his commentary. Although we live close to London, we weren’t aware of the extent and attractions of Kensington Palace Gardens, and now that we are, will certainly visit again. The tea in the Orangery was very nicely prepared, and served, the surroundings elegant, and the staff courteous and helpful. Thanks to all involved, particularly to Paul.

Paul is a wealth of knowledge about Kensington Gardens and British history. He made sure we saw the tribute statue to Princess Diana. Got us to our tea on time and gave us specific instructions on how to enter the palace.
