Do not take the London pass if you already have a precise view in advance of what you want to visit: you pay a fortune and you have to queue everything for hours as if you had no ticket, and even worse, in places where you have to book a slot in advance it’s not possible to do so with the London pass and depending on the availability you might even not get in. The London pass is, in my view, a scam destined to ripp of tourists.

We could not use the London Pass for the full 3 days that we paid for. On the morning of the third day the Westminister Abby wouldn't accept it. Better off just paying for what you use as plans change.

We booked Shard, Tower bridge. Brit music tour, London eye, Buckingham Palace. We walked into St Paul’s, Globe, Westminster abbey, uber boat no issues or wait.

It is not worth the price. You can get things cheaper with individual tickets. Many items are even free …and they advertise like it costs. Just not worth it

SCAM! Flew over 4000 miles, purchased the London pass PLUS for $400. Because their reservation system was not working, we were unable to reserve and see London sites like The Chard, London eye, Madame Tussauds - any attraction that required a reservation! Since then customer service has ignored me and when they do reply they just say no refund! Crooks!!!! Do NOT buy this!!!

We bought the London Pass Plus for 4 days because we wanted Tussaud and hop-on/hop-off with us. Unfortunately, after the event, we have to say that this was not worth it. Many of the attractions can only be visited between 10:00 and 16:00. If you need about 2 hours per place and consider the distances in between, you can visit on average 2 or at most 3 per day. In addition, some things, such as Buckingham Palace or the British Museum (audio tour) are not included. The childish chatter on the BigBus tour is annoying, uninformative and often interrupts. Then we were unlucky that the already booked Ferris wheel failed. The queue was also no shorter than for others who booked directly. If we had done the same, we would have driven a lot cheaper overall.

Buyer beware: While we found the pass to be convenient, we weren't able to fully use it due to the fine print. One of our top interests was Westminster Abbey, but you can't use the pass for a ticket until the afternoon...if tickets are still available. We couldn't risk it since we're only in London a brief time so we had to purchase tickets separately to ensure we could get into the Abbey. I felt a bit tricked by this since the details aren't disclosed in the header info on the app.

TL;DR It's not worth the money I bought the London Pass + for my family, our first trip to London. It's not worth it. We could have done the same thing, with the same or more free time (because of Big Bus) for less money. Something in me told me something was wrong with this product, even I thought to cancel it weeks before the trip. I should have done that. Although from what I've read, it's a long and difficult process. PS: Big Bus (included in the "plus") was terrible.

A Total Rip-Off – Avoid the London Pass at All Costs! I rarely write reviews, but after getting burned by the 'London Pass', I felt compelled to warn others. What a complete scam this product is! First off, the idea of a "skip-the-line" experience is laughable. For most attractions, the "skip-the-line" means nothing more than standing in a separate queue that's just as long, if not longer, than the regular one. And let’s not even get into the fact that half the attractions listed were either closed or had such limited hours that you could barely make it to any of them. The pass touts "access" to a wide variety of sights, but most of those are either outdated, irrelevant, or in ridiculously inconvenient locations. Next, the 'cost' It's a total joke for what you actually get. You're promised savings, but once you start visiting the attractions, you realize that many of them offer discounts or entry at the same price you’d pay on your own, without the need for this so-called "pass." Not only that, but you waste a lot of time traveling from one place to another, trying to find locations that accept the pass, which isn't as easy as they make it sound. You’re better off just buying tickets individually. Then, there's the 'customer service'. I had a few questions about the pass, and trying to get an answer was like pulling teeth. I called and emailed multiple times before I got any response, and even then, it was a generic, unhelpful answer that didn’t address my issue at all. And the cherry on top? They make the process of 'cancelling' or getting a refund an absolute nightmare. The fine print is endless, and once you're locked in, you're basically stuck. If you think you'll get your money back, think again. No matter how hard you try you won't get a penny from them In short, the 'London Pass' is a total rip-off. Save your time, money, and energy. There are far better ways to explore London without falling into this trap.

We (5 of us) bought a 2 day pass. Used one day, then we couldn't use it again as it had expired. They told us in the terms that it had to be used consecutive days. This is brutal. If I buy a 2 day pass, I should be able to use it when I want! This is something that should be stated upfront not buried in their terms. So upset, this cost us a lot! Not happy with them at all.
