A valid government-issued photo ID (passport or driver’s license) is required at check-in. Passengers without ID will not be permitted to fly and no refund will be issued.

Children aged 2 and over must have their own seat and pay the full fare.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled flight, or 45 minutes if traveling after 4:00 PM due to traffic.

You may fly anytime between your check-in and flight time.

All passengers must complete security screening before entering the building.

Seating is arranged according to weight for safety. Passengers over 275 lbs (124 kg) must purchase an additional seat.

A rebooking fee will apply for changes made within 24 hours of your flight or for missed flights. Missed flights are considered a no-show and are non-refundable.

Flights may be canceled if minimum requirements are not met; in such cases, you will be offered an alternative flight or a full refund.

No parking is available on site; please plan accordingly.

Very well organised. This was a trip for my daughter's 18th birthday. There were just the two of us and we shared with another couple, so we all had window seats. I think it would have been a bit cramped if there were 6 of you. Great commentary from the pilot, as we went up the Hudson River & passed the Statue of Liberty. However, no sooner are you up, then you're back down again....12min is not that long at all, but you get to see all the main sights. We had a great clear day, which made it a whole lot better. Disappointed that the photo taken by the helicopter was 35 dollars, hence, I didn't purchase it.

The ride was very smooth. I would recommend for first timers as it’s quick and easy to get to. You can record your entire ride on your phone if you want to.

Great experience from start to finish! The activity was perfectly organized and largely met my expectations. Booked months ahead but due to expected bad weather the flight was cancelled 2 days before. Rebooked easily. Very efficient. Very friendly staff. Good commentary. Would highly recommend.
