To ensure a timely departure, passengers are required to arrive at the heliport at least 30 minutes before their scheduled flight. For reservations after 4 PM, please account for heavy commuter traffic and allow at least 45 minutes for travel to the heliport to avoid late fees.
Passengers weighing over 275 lbs./124 kg. are required to buy an extra seat at 100% of the retail price. Due to weight restrictions, seat assignments cannot be guaranteed.
A valid photo identification, such as a passport or driver's license, is required and match reservation.
Passengers are required to undergo scanning by a metal detector.
All bags are subject to inspection. Free lockers are provided to store your belongings during the flight.
Helicopter window seats aren't guaranteed due to weight and balance factors.

5.00A serious Enterprise with qualified and professional staff that will lead you to an unforgettable experience. Without a doubt the best thing about our trip was the helicopter ride through wonderful New York City. Take advantage and book in time to be able to fly in the sunset, it is the most beautiful, also the most demanding. Look also at the weather, that it is not cloudy and very important that it is not windy.

1.00It is not worth 300$. It is always one person in the middle and I was that one so I paid the same amount as the others but got worse experience than them. It was very short and you couldn’t see everything very well. P

5.00After several trips to New York, we decided to take Charm Aviation over Manhattan and surrounding areas by helicopter — and what an experience! Booking made before our New York getaway, we were contacted the day before by email and WhatsApp to confirm our flight and the time of presentation. When we arrived, everything was perfectly organized: a security officer met us and proceeded to the security check before allowing us access to the boarding area. Checking identities, watching a short video on security instructions, and everything went seriously and professionally. Our flight was scheduled at 10:00, and at 10:00 sharp, we were taking off! The weather conditions were ideal to take full advantage of this exceptional moment. Takeoff was smooth, then headed for the Statue of Liberty, then up the Hudson River to halfway through Central Park, then back to South Manhattan and the heliport. Under a bright blue sky and a bright sun, we had an extraordinary time. From the sky, we are even more aware of the power, the grandeur and the exaggeration of this city that we love so much. We have absolutely no regrets about this helicopter experience — quite the contrary! Next time, we will definitely choose an even longer circuit. Many thanks to the entire Charm Aviation team for their Welcoming, Professionalism and this unforgettable break above New York!
