We enjoyed this experience. It was nice that the guide was a real person and not a taped voice. She did a very good job and we discovered some interesting facts which we didn't know about before. The boat was electric so it was nice and quiet. It left exactly on time. There was lots of space inside and outside. All the crew were very welcoming.

Excellent experience from start to finish - friendly and helpful staff with a knowledgeable explanation of our tour. Just the right length and nice to have the small bar on board too. Loved it and would recommend to all!
New quiet Electric boat! Very comfortable seating with good views.

Nice smooth quiet new electric powered boat with comfortable seating. Live speaker who pointed out countless buildings and structures with history behind them. NOT A Recording. Worth the money!!

Fantastic river cruise. The crew met us outside the boat and welcomed us on. The boat we were on was brand new and very comfy and enjoyable. There was a guy who narrated the whole journey and he was excellent at telling the history of the Thames & locations all around the river bank. We loved the tour and would highly recommend. Bar on board also made it perfect!

A really good trip. A very nice boat, comfortable seats, informative live in-person guide, and friendly crew. The only reason for not giving five stars is simply the price. We went on a busy half-term weekday in amazing weather and there were loads of people relaxing within the immediate vicinity of the boat… but the boat was less than a quarter full. Put the prices down and you will get a much fuller boat, it wouldn’t diminish the experience at all and everyone wins.
