The fifth avenue adorns the city with lights, shops, bars and restaurants that give life at all times, being one of the most recurring attractions due to its unique arch that is part of our historical heritage. Our guide will give information about the construction of it and the details it keeps, as well as the function it performed at the corresponding time.
Iglesia de La Merced
The city is surrounded by various buildings that were erected at different times, for this reason, taking a walk from the heart of the city to this point means traveling in time, knowing the different eras and reaching one in which art, symbology; religious syncretism and culture came together in a single monument, giving it an incomparable appearance.

5.00This was a fantastic tour. Antigua is not an easy place to self guide and learn about its history. Joel was extremely knowledgeable and provided a great tour of the key historical sites in the city. What made this stand out was how he personalized the tour to us - we love coffee, and he made a point to take us to some of the best cafes and show us the best places to eat. Highly recommend!
