Along the way, you’ll learn about the city’s long and fascinating history, with an emphasis on how Native, Hispanic, and Anglo cultures shaped – and were shaped by – the region’s unique (and delicious!) food culture.
This tour is designed with adventurous eaters in mind and includes a variety of restaurants, and is NOT focused exclusively on New Mexican food. We bring you the best of Santa Fe, which includes a diverse array of cuisines.

Wear comfortable shoes as this is a walking tour. Moderate amount of walking required -- tour is 1.5 miles (2.4 km) long, but spread out between the four stops. YOU MUST BE IN GOOD WALKING CONDITION TO ENJOY THIS TOUR
It is recommended that you eat a large, late breakfast the day of the tour; expect enough food to replace lunch and likely require only a light dinner later in the evening; but also keep in mind the first tasting stop begins no earlier than 1:30pm.

5.00What a wonderful afternoon! Lauren started as a guide and finished as a friend. She was extremely knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond at every stop to ensure a great experience. The food and beverage offerings were very well curated and encompassed great flavors with a good variety. Can’t go wrong as a top activity in Santa Fe!

5.00We just arrived in Santa Fe on our first visit to NM, and what better way to get a ‘taste’ of the city (bad pun, I know) then on a guided food tour by a local? Lauren was our guide and it became clear early on that 1) she has personal connections with many of the city’s restaurateurs, and 2) she’s a lot of fun to be around! Needless to say, we enjoyed this tour very much - so much so, that we booked a Margarita Trail tour with her the following day. You don’t need to be a ‘foodie’ to enjoy this tour - the restaurants are unpretentious (the chef de cuisine at one of SF’s finest restaurants joined us at our table and regaled us with details of his comic book collection!) and the food and drinks are approachable. Don’t hesitate to sign up!

5.00Our tour guide, Lauren, was wonderful! We learned so much about the history of Santa Fe and New Mexican cuisine. It is clear she is passionate about food, and loves to share what she knows with people. So warm and friendly – by the end of the tour you felt like you had a new friend! We went to four different locations, three with food and three with drinks. A fun and informative way to spend the afternoon!
