There's no set route. All of the storytellers have their own personal highlights for you and will adapt those to the group. So the more questions and input you give them, the better your experience will get.

Our guide was from Ireland. Spoke very clear, well articulated and with a loud enough voice. Something I appreciate being a bit hearing impaired. The guide had an extensive list of stops along the route. Took us for 2.5 hours through the center of Brugge. But not a dull moment. He has a great sense of humor, had much to talk about, and brought pictures and drawings along to enhance his story. He was kind and very interactive. This trip was great and I recommend it to anyone.

Excellent “free” guided tour. The guide talked very fast, but so clearly that I had no difficulty following (even though I wear hearing aids). Everyone was impressed by her knowledge, so plenty of generous tips at the end. Good experience.

It was a great tour with great guide and lots of valuable tips, which I would book again at any time, but not via Viator, because it turned out to be a freewalking tour, so you wonder why you should pay 3 euros per person at Viator. I have already done such a tour in some cities, you pay the guide afterwards what you want to pay, we paid well... so gladly book, but not here

So informative and fun! My partner and I did this on a rainy day and the guide was so helpful and happy even though she had to work in the rain

Our guide, Gosia, was fantastic. She was informative and entertaining and kept us happy even though the weather was very cold and wet. We got to see the highlights of Bruges and we learned things that gave us a better appreciation for the city.

Arthur, our guide was full of historical information and shared great tips for re-visiting some of the many locations in Bruges. Storytelling was superb and interesting and told with sincerity and humour. Our first time in Bruges and cannot rate this tour highly enough

Alasdair gave a really informative and enjoyable tour of Bruges. It was a great way to get our bearings and learn interesting facts about this beautiful city before venturing out to explore independently. We also asked for inside info on hidden gems off the beaten track to explore at our leisure. Having a guide who lives locally and clearly has a passion for the city made all the difference to the experience. Highly recommend to take this tour.
