  I really enjoyed the VIP experience at Universal Hollywood. We got to skip the line for all the rides at least once, were provided a delicious free lunch, and saw lots of exciting movie sets and sound stages… we walked on the actual set of St Denis Medical! I didn’t realize just how many famous movies and shows have filmed at the sound stages we toured. Overall it was a great experience. Mike C was a phenomenal tour guide who ensured we were comfortable and enjoying the experience every step of the way. It’s clear he is very knowledgeable about the history of Universal and movie-making. If you’re torn between the regular admission and VIP experience, go with VIP! It is seriously worth the higher cost, especially when you get a look at the regular lines for rides.

  It was amazing, well worth the money One of the best days we have in LA. We had a great guide for the day Great to see the park and the second part of the day was the backlot. Great lunch included.

  Warning, this will ruin you for ever going with a regular pass again 😂 this is 100% the best way to go to universal if you can afford it. Most of the time we’d get like 3-4 rides in a day with barely anything in Nintendo world. This let us get through every ride multiple times, have an awesome behind the scenes tour of the back lot, get to spend a ton of time in Nintendo world, and get to have an amazing breakfast and lunch.

  Hello, I do not recommend, unless you wish to pay for someone to let you shop on your own. The only advantage is the breakfast and the (lean) meal offered.

  I wasn't sure if it would be worth it but now that I've experienced it, I'm not sure I can ever go back to being a "regular" guest. The line jumping was huge but I didn't expect all the other perks. The food was probably my favorite part and was totally unexpected.

• The Perfect 80th Birthday for my Mom!

  I can’t say enough about this experience! I came with my mom and brother for my mom’s 80th birthday. Yes, you heard that right, the Big 8-0! From the moment we stepped inside the VIP Lounge, we felt like royalty. They placed an “It’s My Birthday” pin on my mom, and throughout the day, at least 40 employees wished her a Happy Birthday. She felt so special. Our tour guide was Kyle, and he was efficient, friendly, and accommodating. Our group consisted of 12 guests total, which was the perfect size. We first did the rides. I was worried that some might be too rough for my mom, but Kyle was great about letting us know how each ride was and asking if anyone in our group wanted to skip a ride. We did a total of 6 rides — Jurassic Park, Mummy, Transformers, Mario Kart, and two Harry Potter rides. My mom ended up doing all of them with no issue! The best part is that we didn’t have to wait in lines at all, and it was Thanksgiving week so it was a busy day. Then we broke for an hour-long buffet lunch, which is reserved for VIP guests only. The food was delicious, and there were characters like Dracula and Lucy (from “I Love Lucy”) walking around and greeting everyone. My mom grew up on Lucy, so getting to meet her was amazing! Next, we did the lot tour on a luxurious tour bus with another group of 12. It took us through the King Kong 3D experience, the Jaws set, and an earthquake simulation, among other cool stops. Fortunately, it wasn’t much walking as we were all a bit tired by this point. The full experience was around 6.5 hours, but we were engaged from start to finish. We were extremely impressed with Kyle’s coordination of the entire day. After the tour was over, we checked out a few shops and did the Simpsons ride and did the Harry Potter ride again — since our VIP passes allowed us to continue to skip the lines for the rest of the night. It honestly could not have been a more perfect day! I highly recommend the VIP Experience!

  The VIP tour on Thanksgiving was an excellent choice. Our guide, Patrick C, was fantastic—funny, entertaining, and incredibly knowledgeable, which made the day even more memorable. Lunch was a highlight, with a delicious spread that included sushi rolls, fresh seafood, turkey, and plenty of tasty vegetarian options.

  Hollywood a dream destination for every person on this earth. We had an incredible day by visiting this wonderful attraction. My Wife enjoyed so much because she had a dream of seeing it after we have shifted to US from Germany.

  We went there is 2023 and had Austin. The greatest tour guide ever!! We are going back this year and yes, We ARE getting him, we are calling up and personally asking for him. Watch out Austin your married couple are back. This time for our 33ed year Anniversary. I couldn't put the real date, so I had to pick any Tammy and Bert

  Great was the individual guidance! Also the lunch and organization was top! We could visit a lot and there were almost no waiting times. The only downside: there were technical difficulties with three tracks, so we got stuck in the Harry Potter track twice, in the Super Mario track once and the Dinosaur track stopped running for the last hour.
