In order to maintain the safety of guests, modified operating procedures have been put in place. Guests visiting the park will have their bags inspected by staff. Large bags and coolers will not be permitted in the park. Outside food is not permitted inside the park with the exception of bottle water, fruit and baby food.

5.00Universal Studios Hollywood delivered an incredible experience for the three of us, two adults and a 12 year old. From start to finish, the day felt seamless, special, and well worth the VIP experience. The VIP experience included breakfast and a buffet lunch, a guided tour of the park, front of line access to every ride, and a private backlot tour. Getting off the tram to walk through a live set—St. Denis Regional Medical—was a real highlight and something you do not experience on a standard visit. Also got to walk through the Europeon set area for photo opportunities. Huge shout out to our guide Matthew, who was knowledgeable, engaging, and an absolute legend. Thank you for looking after us! Standout attractions for us were Springfield (the Simpsons Ride was a great throwback, and of course we stopped into Moe’s to “catch up” with Barney), Backlot Tour, Jurassic Park ride, and Super Nintendo World, the Mario Kart ride was incredible and lived up to the hype. The buffet lunch was great, plenty of food and refreshments to choose from and characters walked through the restaurant. It made the lunch like a character dining experience with a few photo opportunities! Matthew departed around 3pm leaving us to make the most of the VIP front of line pass, so we went around a number of rides again until the park closed. Overall, it was an outstanding day, and we can’t recommend the VIP experience enough. If you’re on the fence, do it, you won’t regret it! Definitely worth the extra expense!

5.00There’s no doubt that this is expensive but it’s worth every penny!!! We were in a group of 8 people and our guide,Mike, was brilliant! You are greeted and then there is time for a light breakfast. We did the studio tour first which was absolutely brilliant. We then had a buffet lunch at Moulin Rouge, the food was fantastic. Characters at hand to entertain whilst you eat on the terrace with lovely views! Front of the queue passes, so hardly any waiting and reserved seats for the waterworld show. Then time to revisit any areas when the tour ends around 4pm. Was an amazing day, so worth it!

4.00We travelled from the UK and had 1 day at the park. I originally booked a normal ticket but upgraded to VIP. This is not the top VIP package but the one above unlimited express pass. It costs $255 dollars each. This included access to the VIP lounge when you enter. There is fruit, pastries, cookies, sandwiches, tea/coffee and soft drinks. Our guide Malcolm picked us up at 10.30am and took us around the entire park, gaining front of the queue access to all the rides. At 1pm we had lunch at Harry Potter world, all included. You get a proper main meal, drinks, includes Butter Bear, bottle of water each, soft drink and dessert. We continued the rides and Malcolm left us at around 3pm at the Hollywood movie tour. After this we continued to use the express passes to go on any rides we wanted to do again and do some shopping. Malcolm was fantastic, very friendly, funny and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this upgrade, especially if you don't have time or find it uncomfortable queueing. Some rides had a wait time of 1 hour 30 minutes Fantastic day, thank you Malcolm

5.00I dont often say this but it was worth every penny. From the seamless valet parking, to the food, to our outstanding and HARDWORKING escorts Billy and Andrew, to the cleanliness of the park and the conscientious park workers - it was excellent. Our child wore a birthday button and by the end of the day over 100 park attendees has taken a moment to say Happy Birthday. Customer service at its finest.

5.00This was hands down the only way to do Universal! Danny our tour guide was fun, kind, and very informative! He got us through a jam packed day in a breezy way. The lunch was tasty, we got to see the full production set for St Denis and then get on every ride in 5-10 minutes.

3.00VIP is the way to go in this park. You get into see most of the major rides, and no waiting in lines. This was our second visit. Our guide was fair at best. His presentation was robotic and uninspired. We were placed, without consultation. with a family of 6, which included a developmentally challenged child. This slowed down our whole visit, while we waited for accommodations to be made.
