Unfortunately, our experience with this tour was very disappointing. The guide, dressed as David Rizzio, was rude and unprofessional from the very beginning. Beyond staying in character, he was bossy, constantly rushing the group, and even yelled at people who didn’t walk at his pace. He was openly impolite with our group, pushing others away if they happened to be standing in the path we were taking. At the end of the tour, he even insulted a young woman, which was completely unacceptable. Instead of being fun or immersive, the whole experience felt uncomfortable and stressful. We honestly did not enjoy it and would not recommend this guide.

Great tour if you’re into history and lore (and maybe believe in ghosts). “Cassandra” was funny and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Very enjoyable evening. Our guide, Mary Stuart , was very informative and entertaining. We heard great stories about early Edinburgh and creepy stories about the Greyfriars Kirkyard and the Edinburgh underground. Would definitely recommend
