Gorgeous scenery, and a smaller passenger van encouraged conversation between the passengers and let us get to places we wouldn't have otherwise seen. Chris was a fantastic guide and driver, picking us up right outside our lodging. He made several small stops in the course of our day, where there was an especially scenic view or something interesting to see. The museum visit, and stops to see the All Creatures Great & Small filming spots were a treat, and Chris pre-ordered our selected lunches at the Devonshire Arms ("Darrowby Arms"), which was delicious, and allowed time for us to visit the village. We've done a few tours on our trip (Whitby, which was nice, the Cotswolds, which were gorgeous in their own right), but this one was our favorite!

Fun day out with lively, informative guide and nice clients. While the tour was billed as an All Creatures Great & Small tour, I almost enjoyed some of the other stops more! Lovely scenery in the Yorkshire Dales & nice, small van to view things from!

Chris was very communicative before the trip and Pete was an excellent tour guide. This was the Rolls Royce if tours. Every stop was so interesting and unexpected. Pete knew the best routes through the most beautiful villages.

If you are a fan of “All Creatures …” and Yorkshire Dales, this is the tour for you. Tour guide Chris Magee provided facts on a variety of subjects and kept us entertained as we viewed amazing scenery. Lunch is included at the Devonshire restaurant which is used as Drover’s Arm in the show. The van holds just six passengers, so you are able to go up country lanes for a different experience. We had a lovely day with door to door pick up and drop off.

It was a small group on the tour so we were able to save time getting on and off the bus, which gave us more time at the stops and a few extra stops aa well. The weather held so we were able to see the countryside in its glory. The stories and experiences the driver related about the two series and the countryside made the day interesting. A great time.

This is the tour to choose if you're a fan of the series ! The small group size of 6 was perfect to get around. Chris and Pete, the guides are so knowledgeable as locals. This tour is worth every penny. Now who was the handsome, funny guide??? We'll let them battle that out LOL.

Chris is a very knowledgeable guide, very experienced. It is a comfortable pace for the day and you travel in a nice van. Saw places that I would not know about without our guide. Highly recommend. Thank you

Chris was an outstanding guide. He did just the right amount of everything. He timed everything very well, explained just enough but not too much, and the tour was well planned out.
