5.00Such an amazing day spent visiting Toledo, Segovia and Avila!! True professional from Amigo’s Tours from time of booking with excellent communications and such friendly welcome to the tour. The bus was very comfortable and well what more can be said of Enrique our English tour guide, he was just EXCELLENT!!! Made the experience extra special. To Jorge our bus driver, always making us feel comfortable and safe throughout! Highly recommended from someone that has been privileged to travel to many countries and cities over the last 30years

2.00Disappointed that although we booked a "english" tour it was shared 50/50 with a "spanish" tour. You lose 50% of your tour guides time as they flip between languages. Very little detail as the tour is so rushed there is no time to get much more than a quick explanation as the guide swaps back and forth and the actual tour is rushed. Also the guide stated up front that we would probably lose 2-3 folks somewhere along the way and they would need to make their own way home. True to his word, 2 girls were left behind at one stop. That about says it all.

5.00The day long trip to above places from Madrid was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed all the 3 places. Our tour guide Mr.JJ was quite enthusiastic and shared so much history about the places and we not only appreciated the places but a learnt a lot. Our thanks to the Lady driver for her smooth ride and ensuring that we returned to Madrid in time.

5.00Excellent tour. Bus/tour was amazing, but booked English speaking: the entire day trip was in Spanish except for the last portion to Avila. There was not a precise location for meeting and bus departure. We basically waited in the cold near a group of people at 6 am in the morning assuming they were waiting in the dark for the tour.
