The trip itself was long and there was a lot of walking. Not crazy about the Ávila part of the trip. But the guide,Costas, made everything worth it. He was so good! So knowledgeable. Funny, but in a subtle way. He has such a great way about him. He was so sweet. He is that one in a million guide!

With Gaby and JJ as guides we spent 1 full day of many beautiful experiences, the very friendly guides and experts in history of these cities, they are excellent people and helped us in everything. I recommend the tour and if it's with Gaby and JJ better because they make a wonderful duo

Tour guides JJ and Gaby were the best!! Super-friendly, helpful and professional. Very informative too! Learned lots of fascinating history from them. Bus was clean and air conditioned. Wonderful tour!

Jose Javier took the experience from a worthwhile one to unforgettable. You have the opportunity to see a lot in a little time, and he is very passionate about his history and is a great story teller. My only wish was to be able to see these beautiful places even more, but it’s a long day so it is for the better

Beautiful experience, three unique cities and a memory for a lifetime. Full day tour. Guide Javier and his team did everything to make the tour organized, punctual and pleasurable. They were available to solve any inconvenience. Cities have access and facilities for people with reduced capacity. A tour recommended for all ages

Great way to visit 3 major sites outside of Madrid. Our guide Alicia was professional, kind, and informative. Don’t be put off by a long day! Still worth it. But note, it did not include lunch. We still had free time after each local guided tour time. Plenty of options for food, just be mindful of your time to eat, shop, and meeting time back w/ group. It was great to see inside the Cathedral and Alcazar in Segovia which was included with our specific tickets. Highly recommend this tour!

This is a good tour but quite rushed. We got to see a lot but not much in details. The walking is also quite speedy as there are no slowing down. We enjoyed seeing all three towns although briefly.

Pick up arrangements in the morning were not as advised by the company. Although we enjoyed Toledo and Segovia, our very limited free time in Avila (about 25 minutes) did not allow us to fully explore the town. We were surprised that bottles of water had to be paid for. In our package we paid for tickets to Segovia cathedral and Alcazar. However it seemed that it was free to enter the cathedral for our tour group so not sure why we were told we had to pay additional money when we reserved our tour. Alicia, our guide, was very knowledgeable and entertaining.
