Had to wait like everybody else in a long line after walking to tour office to pick up tickets. Would not recommend premium ticket. Viator bills itself as a premium tour, but you get lumped in with all the run-of-the-mill services.

3.00Booked the “Skip the Line Ticket with Escorted Entry.” Picked up tickets at an office nearby to the museum. The woman handed us physical tickets and told us where to go stand in line. Not sure how this was really any different than buying a priority pass on the website from the museum directly, except being more expensive, of course.

2.00Purchased skip the line tickets for the Uffizi in Florence. Was to be escorted to the front by a representative. Nope, didn’t happed… had to line up with the masses to stand in line with everyone else. No point in paying extra for skip the line. We were told by museum staff since the museum was closed Monday, and we went on Tuesday …. It was exceptionally busy and they were NOT honoring skip the line passes. Representative, in local office was NOT helpful. Very frustrated by the misrespresentation. Next time I won’t bother with skip the line. Just buy my tickets direct and stand in line, or be part of a group tour…

1.00Scam. Kids get in for free. Yet here you pay for them like adults. There is also no big line to get in. I would dispute this charge as it was not worth it.

1.00Received the link to download the ticket the day after payment went through. Tried to download at least 10 times using 3 different devices. To no avail. Showed up on the scheduled day. Stood in a 7 minute line to buy tickets and was inside the Museum within 20 minutes. At almost half cost This was a waste of over $80. Never again. I’d like a full refund
