5.00We had an amazing tour of Old Delhi with Ritesh! He is passionate about the beautiful city and very knowledgeable. It was easy to meet up, he guided us through tasting amazing foods and drinks as we explored the markets. Ritesh was accommodating, interesting and easy to talk to. I would absolutely recommend him.

5.00Booked at the last minute, never choice was more apt, so much so that then with Ritesh we did an encore with his food tour that we are still regretting, since unfortunately we could never find something up to what he made us taste. By the way, adjust well because Ritesh takes you to places where the portions are huge to the point that with my wife we shared them and after the third local we said enough. Ritesh is nice, jovial and helpful, a mine of information, he assisted us even when we were no longer his clients, he provided us with tickets for the presidential palace and the changing of the guard and he always fulfilled with pleasure all our (many) requests and answered our questions. To break the ice with a difficult city like Dehi rely on him, he will take you to places you would not otherwise see, and it is a shame. Thank you Ritesh, send our greetings to your nice friend who was our driver!

5.00Rietsh was a great guide! He was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Dehli. As a history student he was quick with an answer to any questions we had. Communication was quick and easy through both the GuruWalk app and WhatsApp. My husband and I were the only ones on the tour and he was able to customize the experience to fit our interests. 10/10 would absolutely book with him again.

5.00I really wanted to go shopping in old Delhi but didn’t feel confident tackling it alone as a solo female traveller. At very short notice, I contacted Ritesh to see if he might be able to create a personalised walking experience, to help me find certain items, and I’m so pleased I asked! He was flexible and accommodating to adapting his historical walking tour offer. I could not have booked a better person to spend my afternoon with. Ritesh was friendly, intuitive and proactive in helping me find specific items I hoped to buy, even researching the best places to go before we met up. He helped me interact with vendors, (even helping me avoid overpriced items) and quickly learned my style and taste which helped us narrow down our search for a successful afternoon of shopping! Not only did we accomplish the mission, but we had great fun along the way. Ritesh is a wealth of knowledge, sharing the history and stories of Delhi- it was the perfect blend of retail therapy, history and culture! We ended our tour with Chai and great conversation and he even waited with me to make sure I was safely in my taxi after our tour, above and beyond level of service. I’m so glad that I connected with Ritesh. I highly recommend him if you are looking for an experienced, friendly guide to provide a tailored, one of a kind experience- I’ll be sure to book a food tour with Ritesh next time I’m in Delhi.

5.00We got a perfect tour trough Old Delhi (or Shahjahanabad how we learned :) ) and all our questions where answered. He studied history and therefore knows a lot about the complex story of Delhi. All our questions were answered. I go to one of these tours in every new city! Time well spent! ⭐️

5.00Zohra took us for an amazing tour in Delhi old city, visiting temples, tasting delicious (and very safe!) food and chai and exploring the spice market. She was lovely, very professional, for each place she was giving thorough and interesting Information. You can tell she’s loves showing people around which makes her an excellent guide! Cannot recommend her more!

5.00I had a wonderful experience with the guide Zohra during my tour of Old Delhi. From the very beginning she was warm, calm and attentive, and her knowledge of the history, everyday life and culture of this part of the city made the walk even more interesting. She guided me through lively streets and showed me places I would never have found on my own. What I especially appreciated was how relaxed the tour felt and how it was completely adapted to my pace, without any rush. Zohra speaks very good English and is happy to answer any questions. I felt comfortable and safe with her throughout the entire tour. If you are a woman who loves Indian cotton dresses, Zohra also gives wonderful advice on where to find them. She showed me several great places and explained how to recognise good-quality cotton, which was both very helpful and interesting. I highly recommend Zohra to anyone who wants an authentic, pleasant and truly special experience in Old Delhi. Ana
