What To Expect
We are ‘MORE, a family-run venture fueled by a lively crew of culinary pros: come to discover authentic Italian cuisine with a hands-on cooking class in a 16th century Venetian palace. Guided by an expert chef, master traditional recipes like tiramisu, hand-rolled pasta and classic sauces using fresh, local ingredients. Suitable for all skill levels, this immersive experience blends culinary techniques with the rich stories behind each dish, ending with a shared family-style meal in Venice’s enchanting setting. What we include: Welcome snacks - 1 wine bottle every 4 people - pasta dough recipe to create two different pasta dishes - tiramisù dessert recipe - oil tasting savoring our homemade “focaccia” - mineral water - espresso coffee - homemade limoncello shot

5.00This class was delightful! Anthea, our chef, led us perfectly through the steps to successfully creamy the Tiramisu and pasta. Then she took our creations and completed the cooking process, adding wonderful ingredients and garnishes to our plates. Enjoying this time with Anthea and the other students was intimate and relaxing! We learned, laughed, and shared stories! I would recommend this to anyone who would appreciate a small class and a personalized experience!
