5.00It was a great and smooth experience. I used Viator to pick me up from Tirana, Albania airport and take me to my AirB&B. The driver was there on time waiting for me exactly where they said they would, holding a sign with my name on it. My arrival was actually almost 30 minutes late and he was still there. My driver was extremely friendly. I really enjoyed him a lot. Because of his friendliness and welcoming personality I felt very comfortable. For some reason my eSIM was not working on my phone so I wasn’t able to access my AirBnB app to get him the address. He had WiFi available in his car, so it was no problem. He played some great music videos during the drive that I really enjoyed. When we found my stop, the driver helped me with my bags and waited until I found the entrance to my place. Considering this was my first time coming into a very foreign country from the U.S., Viator made my initial experience very comfortable and easy. I will definitely be using them again for long distance transportation.

2.00They must have forgotten my reservation, I did not heard from them until I reached to Viator’s rep and the operator put me in a cab. I was a solo traveler and wanted to make sure that I got to my hotel safe which I did but until 3 hours prior to my arrival I did not knew I was going to get picked up. By the way a cab fare is $22 USD approx. from the airport ti the city of Tirana and this cost me a lot more than $22. I do not recommend using this operator for transfers and due to this experience I would not recommend them for tours too.

5.00Excellent service. The driver was waiting despite our delay. On the way to the hotel, he gave us a mini guide of the city and pointed out areas of interest. He was very friendly and made lots of suggestions to make our trip as enjoyable as possible.
