Meeting time 7:40 a.m. approximately to go straight to Copacabana town. Arrive in town at noon to taste a delicious traditional lunch and then go by boat to “Isla del Sol”. Walk on the Inca`s Stairway and drink water directly from the Fountain of Eternal Youth. Then, Walk until to the top for appreciate an amazing sunset (Bolivian and Peruvian side), after that night stay at a local hotel on top of Sun Island where the lake will be seen. Dinner and rest at night.

After breakfast take a walk to visit Pilcocaina Temple, where you can take magnificent photographs, then head back to Copacabana town by boat. Over there, visit The Temple of Copacabana and a walk around the local market. Before having lunch, a bus to return to La Paz city. arrival to La Paz city at 5:30 p.m.

Lake titicaca is great but not good value tour

3.00Lake titicaca was beautiful but I don’t think the tour was worth it. Tour guide was really nice but not much value add. Didn’t know too many facts about the area and we paid extra for English tour guide and he was just okay. Overall I could have done the tour on my own for a fraction of the cost so it felt like we were being scammed by the price we paid.
