Joe was very knowledgeable about history and architecture. Informative and most pleasant. Each stop offered different specialties to try. It was great to walk for a while and hear Joe’s comments between each stop. We finished the tour overly satiated!!! Thumbs up‼️

We explored lovely small establishments that we never would have tried on our own. We were introduced to many local dishes and libations. We dared ourselves to eat outside of our comfort zones and were rewarded with explosions of flavor and understanding of the local food and culture. They were also able to make adjustments to the menu to meet the needs of my daughter’s dietary restrictions. Savan is an extremely exuberant and knowledgeable guide who loves where he lives and what he does.

The tour was one of the highlights of our holiday in Spain. Our guide - Sevan - made the experience extremely informative and entertaining for us. The kids particularly had a great time listening to the stories and eating the food. A great part of the tour was that it was not limited to just providing information, but rather it was a conversation where we could engage with Sevan to understand the city and region much better (often through his own perspective and experiences).

Sevan and Ani went above and beyond to create such a well curated and thoughtful experience that I genuinely feel like I got a true authentic taste of Barcelona from the friendliest people. I traveled solo and did tons of research beforehand, and even then Ani was able to introduce me to so many cool things and increased my appreciation for the culture even more while having so much fun. I absolutely recommend them as your guides to get the best out of this beautiful city!

Sevan was wonderful. His passion for Barcelona was infectious. He took us to truly local spots, recounted their history, and introduced us to delicious local fare. He also showed us some local traditions, including drinking special cider straight from the barrel. Sevan tailored the tour specially to our dietary restrictions (which was not easy). As he took us from one restaurant to the next, he recounted the history of Barcelona and taught us about some of Barcelona’s most famous landmarks. We had been on a local walking tour the day before but we still learned so much more information about local culture, history and traditions from Sevan. Sevan also showed us his favorite spots for shopping and other treats, including the best Croissant I’ve ever had! I would highly recommend hiring Sevan for a tour and can’t wait to go back for another tour with him.
