5.00I hired the services of Pick U during my Japan tours in November 2025 and again in May 2026. We used their services for Tokyo city sightseeing, Mt. Fuji day trips, Nikko tour, Haneda Airport pickup, Kyoto, Nara, Osaka Airport drop-off, and again Tokyo city tour, Mt. Fuji, Haneda Airport pickup, and Osaka Airport drop-off. Every time, the service was excellent, punctual, comfortable, and very reliable. The drivers were polite, helpful, and professional, making our journeys smooth and stress-free.
