  Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) We booked this tour hoping to efficiently explore several major sights in Tokyo during our only full day in the city. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations. Although the website lists eight to ten locations, it’s only realistic to visit three or four. Each stop allows about 25–30 minutes, but that time includes walking from distant parking areas, waiting in ticket lines, and navigating crowds. The tour ended up feeling rushed and did not allow enough time to meaningfully enjoy the sites. For the price, this did not feel worthwhile. Communication was a significant issue with our driver, Vicky (a male). I want to be clear that I genuinely appreciate people who are multilingual, and I understand that not everyone is fluent in multiple languages. However, this tour is specifically advertised as an English-speaking experience, and in this context, I expected clearer communication. His English was extremely difficult to understand, and most questions were met with generic or unrelated responses. This made it challenging to learn anything about the places we visited. The most concerning part occurred at the end of the tour. While we were still miles from our hotel and before we were allowed to exit the vehicle, Vicky insisted that all of us submit detailed positive reviews on the spot. He told us what to include, watched us write them, and required proof of submission. The way this was communicated made it clear we would not be getting out until this was done. This felt unprofessional, uncomfortable, and inappropriate, and it prevented us from giving an honest review at the time. For over $400, we expected professionalism, clear communication, and an enjoyable sightseeing experience. Instead, we felt rushed, struggled to communicate, and were pressured into providing feedback. I do not recommend this tour.

  This trip was exactly as described. Our Driver Vicky knew the streets of Tokyo and took us to all the sites. He did an excellent job describing what we were seeing. Note: There is a LOT of walking to do in many of the places we toured. I would recommend this tour and also our driver Vicky.
