What To Expect

This private transfer service starts at Tokyo 23 wards or Disneyland area, if you're not in Tokyo 23 wards there has a far distance cost for Yokohama /Saitama etc. you can either book Narita to Tokyo or Tokyo to Narita transfer. After get your order, we will add your WhatsApp and make sure your pickup time and hotel. then driver will go to pick you and drop you off at airport.

We had a great pick up from Narita and drop off at our Shinjuku hotel. Meeting our driver at the airport was almost seamless at the ride share waiting area. We had an issue with an incorrect driver phone number initially provided for the required WhatsApp chat contact. But, the tour administrator was quick to respond and resolve on WhatsApp. Our driver, Mr. Wu, was helpful, courteous and a professional, safe driver. He estimated a 2 hour ride from Narita to our hotel and we arrived well within the time frame. The commercial van was perfect for our group size [5 adults, 1 toddler and 1 infant, along with our 5 pieces of luggage]. Overall, this was a very positive transportation experience, providing our family with a wonderful start to our Japan visit. This service is ideal and good value for larger groups. We highly recommend this Narita to Tokyo private van pickup and drop off service.

Good experience. The van was large, suitable for 6 passengers plus suitcases. The company communicates with you in advance via WhatsApp and gives you the driver's phone number.
