At TOKYO SKYTREE®, only the Tembo Deck (350 m) will be visited. An additional admission fee is required to access the Tembo Galleria (450 m). For those interested, please pay the required charges on your own
Due to traffic restrictions or entry restrictions, etc. near the Imperial Palace, operation may be suspended or departure may not be possible from the designated departure location
The order of the tour itinerary is subject to change due to road conditions or other reasons
Depending on the season and day of the week, traffic conditions may vary, and arrival time at each location may be considerably delayed. The scheduled tour ending time may vary depending on traffic conditions
Please participate in shoes which are easy to walk in
Children up to 5 years old may join free of charge, but will not be provided with bus seats. If a seat on the bus is required for the child, please make a booking at the Child rate
The tour will have a late lunch (13:30). Menu is subject to change depending on the season
As lunch is a buffet, requests for vegetarian meals cannot be accommodated
The bus company to be used on the tour is Hato Bus Co., Ltd. As part of the initiatives for SDGs, an environment-friendly hybrid bus will be used for transportation (May be changed due to maintenance or other unavoidable circumstances)
In an effort to prevent global warming, the bus will have its engine and cooling/heating turned off while waiting
In general, groups with an odd number of members will share seats with other customers
Please keep your seatbelts fastened on board the bus
It will take about 4 hours in total for transfers between the sightseeing spots
Parental permission in writing is necessary for all tour participants under the age of eighteen. Any participant under the age of fifteen or not yet enrolled in middle school must be joined by a parent or guardian on the tour

5.00This was an excellent tour experience for a first visit to Tokyo Japan. The Hato Tour Bus company provided detailed instructions for the pick up location. Check in and pick up went smoothly. Our tour guide,Atsushi, introduced himself and told us we were going to a second pick up point. Once all passengers were boarded he gave extremely clear and detailed information about the day’s events. Throughout the tour Atsushi provided historical background and current information about the places we visited. He was very knowledgeable and entertaining! This was a very well organized and enjoyable tour. I would recommend it for any first time visitor to Tokyo. We had a great day!

5.00Very good your. We had Miss Aki, who having been educated and having lived in the USA, was a naturally good and clear. Moreover she had a lot of local knowledge and was able to guide us well throughout. She even feared in a kimono and was able to show us how to do it was able to do the same for my mom !! The tour itself is well organized and does not feel rushed. Lunch buffet was good and if you are looking for a one day guided experience in Tokyo I would recommend it !!

5.00If you are in Tokyo first time like I was, it is a very nice preview of what this wonderful Japanese gem can offer. Brisk overview of Shintoism and Buddhism temples, skyline, and bird rye view of the city, - that is definitely worth doing. Though Imperial Palace access is limited it still gives you the nice overview of the immense grounds and spirit of royal lifestyle. Traveler beware though, walking, more walking, and then some more walking. So bring lots of water, sunscreen and an umbrella, or as locals call it, sunbrella. The experience is more for adults than kids, so plan accordingly. If you get Atsushi as your guide you are in good hands! He is fun and amazing personality. I would highly recommend this activity.

5.00**disclaimer: if you love yourself, please do not come to Japan in August. It’s too hot** This was a great tour! Atsushi, our guide, was very funny and knowledgeable about each site we went to and about Japanese history in general. This tour hits a lot of the spots people come to Tokyo to see, and we had plenty of time at each site. Most of the sites are outdoors, so I would suggest planning this tour on a day with nice, temperate weather. Other than the weather, I was very happy with this tour and definitely recommend it!
