5.00We had the most wonderful night with our guide Kari! We got a very thorough tour of Shinjuku and had some fantastic food had some really interesting restaurants. KARI was very informative, friendly and knowledgeable about Japanese culture and the Shinjuku area. I would highly recommend a tour to anybody! We had a fantastic night! This tour was one of the best things we’ve done on that trip! We highly recommend it!

5.00The operator contacted me after the trip was booked and kept in contact until arrival. Our flight was over two hours delayed and we were a bit slow going through immigration, but he kept in contact with us at all times. Met us at the designated meeting point with a sign with my name. Very safe, driving and efficient service.

5.00The driver texted me when he was 10 minutes away so we could meet him outside. He was actually a little earlier than the scheduled time so we didn't have to worry if our transport was coming or not. They even agreed to pick up our friends at a nearby hotel at no extra charge. It was a very smooth ride and I would definitely recommend them.
