  This was the worst tour I've ever contracted with Viator. To begin with, the agency modified almost at the last minute the means of transport from Madrid to Toledo from a Van to Train, as there were only 4 passengers, which meant that we had to walk a lot from the train station and especially at the end of the tour to the train station (2 km). But the worst was the supposed “guide” we were assigned at the last minute, called Cristina; besides being rude and disrespectful, it is clearly not a guide, as it lacks knowledge and basic information of Toledo. It was obvious that he is a person who only knows Toledo very superficially. He never told us about the history of Toledo or the characteristics and history of the sites visited. He was just telling us the name of the place we were. But that is if he over-discussed the swords, knives, sausages and cakes they sell in Toledo. I booked this tour in Spanish, but since the other two passengers were American, the guide in terrible English tried to give the American couple minimal data and information. This “PREMIUM Tour Toledo” had absolutely no “Premium”. On the contrary, it was a resounding fiasco. It was a very unpleasant experience that very unfortunately ruined our visit to Toledo. Hopefully, Viator immediately suspends the promotion and sale of tours of this Enterprise because it is only Viator that looks bad.

  Booked this tour and they couldn't find an tour operator so they suggested Toledo and wine. It was a glorified taxi. Unprofessional. The type guide was interested in talking to the driver then us. We learned nothing and she shooed us nothing. We were basically in our own. Would not recommend this company

  Toledo is a must see! The tour guide Laura was amazing. However as booked on the Viator site you can select hotel pickup and indicates after the tour you return to the same pickup location. Viator reservation process was seamless, however the day before the tour we received a email message changing the pickup location, walking a few blocks to the Neptune station. Not a big deal, however while traveling to Toledo we were advised that we would return and be dropped off near the Royal Palace of Madrid. A kilometer away from the pickup spot and not the original hotel address confirmed on the Viator booking. Several others on the tour were surprised by this change. The tour coach dropped us off on the side of the street in the rain and we had to find our own transportation back to the hotel. Great tour but not what was contracted. Tour Toledo with Laura, but the tour company was misleading and not recommended.

  Toledo was an amazing city to visit and our guide Laura was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and gave us a detailed history of Toledo and the monuments we visited. I highly recommend this small group tour.
