The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

Arrival transfer: After you have collected your luggage, please head to the exit gate where you will be met by our representative who will be holding a sign with the lead passengers name. Waiting time: maximum of 90 mins after your flight's arrival.

Departure transfer: We will pick you up from your Hotel lobby for the departure to the airport. Waiting time: maximum of 30 mins.

You will be charged 100.000 VND/hour if your driver has to wait for more than allowed waiting time.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

I took this car from the Hanoi Airport to the Tuan Chen right across from Cat Ba Island/Halong Bay. A tropical storm hit that day and the driver drove me two hours through the storm. The ride was safe. comfortable, and air-conditioned. I really appreciate his efforts!
Disappointing experience

Unfortunately, our experience was extremely negative. Instead of a well-maintained vehicle, as shown in the photo of the advertisement, the vehicle was very dirty on the outside and damaged at the rear. The driver behaved in an unprofessional manner. He did not start driving immediately, but initially drove at walking speed, stopped several times at the side of the road and communicated on his cell phone. He then drove into a side street, stopped, got out and smoked a cigarette while continuing to communicate on his cell phone. It was only when we got out and unloaded our luggage from the vehicle to hire another cab that the driver assured us of an immediate ride to our destination in Halong City. As the hotel was a high-class hotel, we felt extremely uncomfortable driving up in such a dirty and damaged vehicle.

My driver waited an hour for me to get through customs, which was extremely patient of him. Then he took me to the location the hotel gave me, but once he left I could not find the hotel and none of the people on the street knew where the hotel was, so the company sent me another driver to help me find my hotel which ended up being 20 minutes north of the address that was provided to me. This was my first night in Vietnam and I was feeling very overwhelmed, so they saved me that night by staying in touch with me and being friendly enough to send me another driver.
