  the gentleman whom picked me up was unable to communicate with me at all. the car was an old bomb and he drove like a madman in a hurry. on my return to the airport I hired a private car with the hotel and is was perfect along with the driver all for a cost of 400000 dong. way way cheaper than your service and a perfect ride

  I took this car from the Hanoi Airport to the Tuan Chen right across from Cat Ba Island/Halong Bay. A tropical storm hit that day and the driver drove me two hours through the storm. The ride was safe. comfortable, and air-conditioned. I really appreciate his efforts!

  Unfortunately, our experience was extremely negative. Instead of a well-maintained vehicle, as shown in the photo of the advertisement, the vehicle was very dirty on the outside and damaged at the rear. The driver behaved in an unprofessional manner. He did not start driving immediately, but initially drove at walking speed, stopped several times at the side of the road and communicated on his cell phone. He then drove into a side street, stopped, got out and smoked a cigarette while continuing to communicate on his cell phone. It was only when we got out and unloaded our luggage from the vehicle to hire another cab that the driver assured us of an immediate ride to our destination in Halong City. As the hotel was a high-class hotel, we felt extremely uncomfortable driving up in such a dirty and damaged vehicle.
