The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

Arrival transfer: After you have collected your luggage, please head to the exit gate where you will be met by our representative who will be holding a sign with the lead passengers name. Waiting time: maximum of 90 mins after your flight's arrival.

Departure transfer: We will pick you up from your Hotel lobby for the departure to the airport. Waiting time: maximum of 30 mins.

You will be charged 100.000 VND/hour if your driver has to wait for more than allowed waiting time.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

This driver never spoke to us the whole time we were in the vehicle from Halong bay to Hanoi, we tried to speak to him with the translator on our phones, he couldn’t be bothered, their was a wknd event in Hanoi he stopped in the street & you get out here, my wife & daughter were confused, in another country hour & a half from the cruise ship in a crowd of people, I wasn’t surprised this guy gave me a bad vibe when we got in the car, in the rush to get out my wife lost her ship pass, sent notification to the company never heard anything Back, used google maps & walk to the hotel we had booked. Never again will be responsible for putting my family through that, when we left I called a grab instead of booking transportation through the travel company.

It was good idea to go from the port terminal to Hanoi by the taxi Tour operator was very helpful The problem that driver not speaks English , but he was nice and we can speak with him through google translator
