  The experience was great! It was a 3 hour bus ride to Niagara Falls from Toronto. The bus was pleasant and our tour guide Shahnam was very nice and considerate. The boat cruise was a blast. I would not recommend the lunch portion of the trip, the restaurant belongs on Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares! Worst part of the trip hands down. Do yourself a favor and opt out of lunch, not worth it.

  It was pretty good. You get to have a full Niagara Falls experience. Plenty to see and do. I feel like the tour was organized chaos. Many people had different versions of the tour booked so it was very confusing as to who had what. You could buy portions of the tour that were not included, like a helicopter tour, or behind the falls. We also didn’t get back to the pick up point until 9pm which was a little disappointing. Plan for 11 hours and know what comes with the tour and you will not be disappointed.

  The great experience of Niagara falls was damaged by the organisation. Very poor communication from the bus driver. He drops us without any explanation or information. Info about the boat trip at Niagara falls was confusing. We had our booked lunch at 3pm. The restaurant secret garden with Niagara Falls view was great. However we had to wait 2h for the pick up without any communication. The trip is very nice but not with this travel agency

  Remember what the most important thing is, to see the waterfalls. Don't hold any expectation to the rest. A/C was not working, poor time arrangement for the lunch in a restaurant. Had to swallow everything quick to make it to the boat or miss the transportation back to Toronto.

  Great trip, ticked off all the boxes. Communication was a challenge with the tour operator however, my cousins (whom I gifted the tour to) found the guide’s English to be limited so instructions were hard to understand.
