West Coasters First Time to Toronto

4.00I was appreciative to not have to drive. It was great to sit back and relax. Thank you! Our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. If I were asked what could make it better... I'd say a better sound system as it was a little hard hearing him (mind you we sat at the back of the bus but still...) Furthermore I found the day to be rushed. There wasn't much time to participate in the short stops along the way. We picked up a poutine to go after the chocolate and syrup tasting. After the Falls boat ride we basically walked up the road, took a few pictires, went back down and grabbed an ice cream for the ride back. The 45 minutes free time at the end is just not enough as there is so much to see and do. I must also say the booking in US currency was very disappointing as it is a Canadian tour 🤔 Overall it was a great adventure for the memory bank! Ohh and... the driver deserves a raise!

5.00Absolutely fantastic time with our very talented, friendly, and knowledgeable tour guide! Took all the leg work out of experiencing the great parts of the falls! As someone who’s experienced a lot of the world through the military, waiting 23 years is way overdue!

5.00We had a wonderful experience at Niagara Falls with Shahz as our tour guide. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. He was on time at the pick up location, and had a lot to say about Toronto and surrounding cities on the way to the Falls, which was very much appreciated as first timers to Canada. I learned a lot about the history of Niagara Falls, as well as other landmarks and structures. He was happy to answer any questions we had during the tour. I highly recommend Shahz if you’re visiting Niagara Falls for the first time - you won’t be disappointed.

5.00Our tour guide was Shahz, who was super polite, patient, and informative. He was happy to answer questions and provide history and cool quirks of both Niagara and the cities around us on the drive. Our group was tiny, but we did not feel rushed and care was taken so we could enjoy each section of our tour. Some parts of the tour were still closed for the season, and while it would have been nice to have been notified earlier, they were flexible enough to include other attractions in lieu of them. Honestly, the best part of the tour was the narration and cool facts about everything around us as we went along.
